"I've ordered online from this restaurant twice now, and both times I've encountered issues. When I arrive, only half of my order is ready, and I have to wait an additional 15 minutes for the rest. By the time I get home, the fries are cold for half of the meals. To make matters worse, I overheard the staff complaining about various things, and I even saw one of the cooks vaping over the burgers. On one occasion, I was mistakenly given a DoorDash order after stating my name, and I didn't realize it until I got home and opened it. I've attempted to call several times to resolve these issues, but the phone just keeps ringing until the message says the mailbox is full, so I can't leave a message. The automated email response I've received is just a generic apology, indicating they don’t seem to care much about customer feedback."
