"I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The restaurant is easily visible from the road and they offer free parking. This family-owned business is one of the best local restaurants in New Jersey. The quality of the homemade food is top-notch. The staff, some of whom are the owners, are incredibly talented. The prices are reasonable. Although they have outdoor seating, it was not available on the day I visited. I tried the Sphinx breakfast from their Specials menu, which was delicious, and my wife ordered the French toast, which she found to be very tasty. Everything we tried tasted fresh, clean, and homemade. The owner, Ashraf, even offered me a traditional Egyptian vegan dish called koshari, which was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be returning to try more items from their menu. Thank you for the great experience, Tyne."
