"service I've experienced the worst for a long time. we wanted casual, but it took 15 minutes to get even a server, and that was just because I stopped someone and asked for help. even after that it was a constant catastrophe. had not got water until the meal was there and we remembered, saying they would subjugate something and came back to say that they did not, gave 2 of 4 false drinks orders. they were messed up and said they had repaired it, but they still got back wrong. we have a pizza, an app shared and two beer and it was over $80. that's not worth it."

"A lot of reviews have said that this place is not clean. However, I definitely did not experience this during my visit. Yes, it was very quiet. But the food was amazing and the portions were of good size. The server was very kind to a small child with us. The only problem I would point out is that they have no children?s menu. That said, there?s always side orders, which is what we did."

"My husband and I went for dinner on a Saturday night. Although there were tables available, we chose to sit at the sushi bar. Our waitress was friendly, the drinks were excellent and the food was amazing. Unfortunately, sitting at the sushi bar allowed us to see that some Shino staff are not very happy or competent, and we watched a couple of minor arguments between wait staff and the sushi chefs. Our service was fine, but we saw finished sushi plates sitting for minutes, waiting to be delivered to the tables. Next time we go, we will sit at a table or at the bar. The food is worth it!"

"Great Pizza, wings, and friendly service! My family and I were visiting from Texas, but we are originally from Chicago and wanted some good quality Pizza. We ordered 2 Jumbo and 1 Medium Pizza's, with 20 Medium wings to go. I was a little nervous when the young lady over the phone stated that our order would be ready in 15-20 mins. When we picked up our food to take back to the hotel, everything was fresh, and finger licking good! Im glad I found this place, plan to come back on our next visit when in town visiting family. Best pizza in the St. Louis/ Fairview Heights area!"

"It's been years since I stopped at this location. However, I've come back and wow what have I been doing going to other places like McDonald's and Burger King. The app they have really does not work well. But the website has some amazing deals and when you come here the service is by far hands down better than the other places.When you compare it to Chick-fil-A or Popeyes they can't even touch it because those places are so busy. While McDonald's and Burger King are good competitors, they still are nothing like having a beautiful roast beef sandwich.The only other company for fast food that is really on top in our area is Wendy's but the prices have exceeded my pocketbook.Therefore, a nice roast beef sandwich and a quick drink with some curly fries as a winter in my book. Especially when you have a clean store and wonderful staff. This is now my new goto place knowing that there is always available seat with almost no wait using the app."

"I wish I could give zero stars. Boy this place has really gone down in every aspect. Use to be good food good drink n amazing service but now nothing about it males it worth coming here to eat and should be shut down for good. On forst walk in there was no host to greet us we actually stood there waiting for just about anyone for almost 10 mins. And then agter getting seated it was about half an hr before a server greeted us which is unfortunate because he seemed like a nice guy once he did come. The we order our drinks and the serve didn't even ask us if we wanted anything else he literally ran away, yet my partner and I was actually ready to order everything. We get our drinks and place our food order. After waited another half hr n still food I noticed something floating in my drink boyfriends drink and upon further investigation we realized there was a small dead spider floating in his drink. That to me is a food safety issue. We call the server who then right away tells us he will get a manage. Almost half an hr pass no manager came to our table to try n fix anything. Later the server comes back to the table asks us did the manager come to the we told him we want to leave but I will pay for the 1 thing I did consume, N after another couple mins he comes running back apologizing for the manager not coming and telling us that she gave him permission to let us go and not pay for anything. I think it's very unprofessional of the woman manager who was on duty last night July 14 around 9pm. To not come right away to handle the situation. That poor server should not have to wait his tables and deal with manager situations because she refuses to tend to consumers. I highly do not recommend anyone eat at this particular Applebee's. Unless u want to risk a bug situation as I had to deal with last night, only for the manager for not help her employees or customers in any way. If she is this lazy she should not be managing any restaurant n she be demoted or let go because that is just ashamed. Added photo to show spider in drink"

"We were here for Sunday brunch and much of the food looked fantastic and got excellent reviews. However, I was dissatisfied with my Philly Benedict. The ribeye was dry and the poached eggs were hard. Just a miss! My friend who ordered the Classic Benedict had properly prepared eggs and was very happy. For this type of restaurant, an egg fail is really disappointing. Ambiance. Great musical trio."

"First and last time here. Got there at about 5:15 pm on 7/17. Asked for water. Placed order within about 5 minutes. Restaurant about 1/2 full at the most. Filled up more as we waited... and waited... and waited. Sever said kitchen was backed up. Large tables of guests who came in well after we did getting entrees. Still waiting have no idea where the server was... got fed up and left. First time I ever did that. I realize that restaurants and servers work their butts off, but to see all of this food coming out of the kitchen and nothing but crickets for us was enough to push me out the door. My most kind theory is that the server forgot to turn the ticket in. Most less than kind theory is that we didn't order alcohol and she got pissed and didn't put our order in. I don't know what happened, but that was enough for me to never return."

"Lillie’s is in the casino so the slight smell of cigarettes is present, which is not great. Otherwise the ambiance is ok. A little loud but sort of fun. The food is very good as were the cocktails. The service was rather slow but they were crowded. The menu states they offer mochi but when I asked the waiter for the flavor selection, he was rather abrupt and said no mochi just ice cream. He already had our check in his hand, which I had not asked for yet,I guess since he never came by the table while we were eating he just assumed we were done. I think he was annoyed I asked about dessert. Overall I will try it again since the food was good. Maybe they were just having an off night."

"Our server was fantastic. He helped me choose between a couple new rolls and helped me choose an alcoholic beverage. Everything was great! He had a great attitude, and was really helpful. Everytime we come, we always try something new and it’s always good. I definitely recommend nama to everyone that loves sushi bc this place has never disappointed us. "The General Tso's chicken was extremely dry and tough to chew, almost like jerky. However, the sushi was excellent. The Happy Family dish was mediocre, with shrimp being the only recognizable meat in the dish. The service was great, but unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant. The kitchen was slow, and I am surprised that restaurants in the Golden Nugget Hotel are not quicker in delivering food of higher quality."

"The Paragon Grill has a wonderful location with a deck overlooking the ocean. I went there for breakfast with my two adult children. We were seated quickly and the waiter came to take our drink order which was delivered promptly. It was some time before he took our food order, but that was okay because we were catching up and enjoying the view. We waited an interminably long time to receive our food. Two tables seated after us received their food before we did and we only got it after I asked for it. When it came to the table (delivered by a different waiter) it was warm, but edible. My daughter had ordered gluten free french toast and was about take her first bite when the waiter came to take it away because it was not gluten free bread, she had checked with him that it was when it was delivered. Apparently, our waiter had not ordered gluten free french toast for her. We never saw or were spoken to by our waiter after he took our order. We had to search for someone to give the payment to (didn't want to leave cash on the deck). We had high hopes but the service pretty much ruined our experience."

"Really cool building. Our server Mackenzie saved the day, more about that later. Met friends there, Open Table got us in and to our table. The Brussels sprouts/kale appetizer was delicious. The cranberry pear salad was lovely. The risotto was sooo salty even my salt loving wife had to send it back. Next round was better but please don’t grab the salt shaker without tasting this dish. The Banana Crème cheesecake was simply divine! Now how Mackenzie saved the day, I must’ve covered up my wallet with my table napkin while signing the bill. When I went to the men’s room to wash my hands I realized my wallet wasn’t in my pocket. Our group had already left to the parking lot so as I walked back to the table I glimpsed our server rushing through the patio section heading to the parking lot with my wallet in hand. She caught up to my wife and friends letting them know she had my wallet which she found under the napkin clearing the table. Needless to say….THANK YOU MACKENZIE!!!"

"Probably the worst meal I've had in Cincinnati. We waited 40 50 minutes before getting served our food (saw other tables with long wait as well). Friend's order came out wrong. And my order of Portobello Mushroom Burger was a joke of a sandwich teenytiny mushroom a third the size of the bun. We mentioned it to the waitress and she looked into it, said that the chef knew itwas small but served it anyways. The manager came out to apologize and fired another one for us, but the burger was very okayand lackluster and the coleslaw had no flavor (not worth $17). When the bill eventually came, we were charged for the mushroomburger which we thought the Manager said he would comp. The waiter was visibly frustrated with the situation but did help usmake it right, thank you. TL;DR Long wait times for food and check. Below average food. Do not recommend."
