"Our two favorites were the Lava Maki, which were shaped like volcanoes topped with a small slice of lemon, and the Snow Mountain, a delightful coconut shrimp roll. Even my picky 3-year-old found something to enjoy—the mango smoothie! To top it off, the prices for their specialty rolls were lower than most places, which was perfect since we ended up ordering five rolls plus appetizers for four adults and still had leftovers to take home. I can’t wait to come back!"

"I honestly believe this was the best pork chop I've ever tasted. It was moist juicy, just perfect. The potatoes au gratin that were served with it were so good that, had they let me, I would have gone into the kitchen for another helping. Though what I thought was corn rice casserole turned out to be only loose fried rice mixed with some corn kernels. Still good but not what I was expecting. Although I was totally full, I couldn't pass up the banana pudding, which was just like how Mom made her's except she added meringue on top. My wife had the white chocolate bread pudding which she reluctantly allowed me a sample. She wanted to save it all for herself. Both were very good. No, they were even better than that! Both desserts were excellent! All in all, I really enjoyed my meal, same as my wife. If cleaning my plate was any indication of how much I enjoyed my visit, then it was obvious I rated Rick's on the Square five stars!"

"Okay at best.We are new to the Canton area as of January this year. We had a place we loved down in Acworth (Bamboo Garden) for Chinese food. So far we've tried Rice by Laurel Canyon, Golden something over near Kroger and now Canton House. I haven't been please really with any of them for different reasons.Canton House is very convenient for us in terms of proximity; however, the food wasn't too good. We had neighbors who recommended it so we gave it a try. We ordered the Dinner Sweet and Sour chicken and an order of spring rolls. All of it was greasy--too greasy for us. The most disappointing aspect for me was the chicken, or lack thereof, in the main dish. I had one nugget that was entirely breading and no chicken at all. The pieces that had chicken were overcooked and greasy.We were really hoping this would be the one because we've tried all the Chinese around us and aren't keen on any of them."

"A crazy fusion of korean and Chinese. Not to be confused though: this is a Chinese restaurant that you can get some Korean-style-chinese-food at. Mostly Chinese food though.The food was actually pretty tasty. Egg flour soup was probably up there in the places that I've tried. The house special fried rice was bomb. The curry chicken was great but the veggie lo Mein was lacking anything but bell peppers.Atmosphere was great here and the service was very kind and speedy for being 10pm. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for Chinese!"

"The hot and sour soup lacked flavor and didn't have any spice or heat. The half egg roll I had was tough and resembled cardboard. The fried rice was mediocre, and while the cashew chicken was not terrible, it certainly wasn't impressive either. The green beans, however, were excellent and the highlight of the buffet. The Triple Delight dish I tried was also quite bland. In contrast, my wife chose to order the Wor Sue Gai from the menu. Her dish featured juicy chicken with a crispy coating, served in a delicious yellow gravy, accompanied by fresh lettuce that complemented it well. Had I ordered from the menu, this could have been a 5-star experience for me. Overall, we'll definitely return, but I’ll be sure to order off the menu next time!"

"Hunan Inn delivered in the service category. The owner and staff were friendly, attentive, and quick. I ordered a luncheon special of Mongolian beef. It came with a cup of egg drop soup, spring roll, fried rice, and crunchy rice noodles. I was suffering from a slight cold when I visited Hunan Inn, and the egg drop soup was a bit too mild for me to truly taste. The consistency was spot on, however. The fried rice and spring roll were very straightforward and standard. Both were freshly prepared and added substance to the lunch. The Mongolian beef and crunchy rice noodles delivered. The beef was sweet, salty, tender, and expertly prepared. The noodles added a welcome crunch to round things out. All in all, this was a pleasant lunch experience."

"This was my first visit to this restaurant. They did not have a buffet available, so I ordered from the lunch menu. The Shrimp Pad Thai was delicious and the Egg Drop Soup was excellent. The cozy atmosphere of the restaurant added to the overall experience. I observed several customers coming in and expressing their happiness that the restaurant was open for dine-in service again. The server seemed to know these customers and engaged in friendly conversations with them. This type of personal connection is rare to find in many restaurants and made me appreciate this place even more. It made me wish that I had a similar restaurant in my own town."

"We visited this restaurant to celebrate my son's birthday, and it was a wonderfully relaxed and enjoyable experience. The table was set professionally with cloth napkins, and the staff were incredibly friendly! They mentioned that they usually don't have many people dining in since most customers prefer takeout. However, I really appreciated the dine-in experience. Plus, the food was outstanding! We ordered several dishes to share family-style: the Appetizer Sampler, House Fried Rice, Szechuan Beef, Sesame Chicken, and Crispy Smoked Duck. Everything was fantastic, but my personal favorite was definitely the Crispy Smoked Duck—it was so tender, crispy, and full of flavor! Just thinking about it makes my mouth water! It was served with a tangy plum sauce on the side that reminded me of a sweet and smoky BBQ flavor. Overall, I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to visit again!"

"Ordered pork fried rice, wonton soup and hunan beef from this place last night let's just say, there was no need to get soy sauce packets I think they used an entire cup on my rice honestly, the rice was almost black due to the amount of sauce used. The wonton soup had no flavor and I think the broth on the soup was actually watered down almost clear. The lady at the register was extremely rude when I gave her my name and she noted that was not right. Just flat out rude. Also, when you enter this establishment, they have tables that keep you from going directly to the counter to herd you in like cattle. I will not return EVER.Also, I just noticed that they charged me an extra fee of $1.98 with no other explanation. Also, the receipt showed up noting a charge in GA."

"My boyfriend and I have been experiencing severe diarrhea since eating at this restaurant yesterday. When we arrived, the cook was sprawled out on a chair, fast asleep and snoring. I had to shout "HELLO" to wake him up; he seemed surprised to see me in the building. I should have realized that this would be a terrible dining experience. The floor was filthy and it had an unpleasant odor; I can only imagine what the kitchen must look like. Honestly, every time I pass gas, I’m worried about having an accident. The food had a sour taste, and I am extremely disappointed."

"Stopped in because it was crowded, so I figured it must be good. Fried tofu was one of the best I’ve ever had. The noodle dish was good as well. Lots of flavor in the veg. Service was a disaster. I had to repeat a question I had about noodles three times and I am still unsure I got an accurate answer. Also, I heard multiple orders at other tables being confused or forgotten. For example, there were several clarifications that brown rice had been ordered when white rice was presented. I hope the place survives, but they’ve got some work to do to improve service and professionalism."
