"If I could give zero stars I would. I was looking for a place that had good pasta. This was my first time trying this place and it was a really bad experience. The customer service was non existent it felt like no one cared to great me or asked me if I was ready to order. It was pricey for a one meal person,I spent almost 30 bucks for fettuccine with chicken and a order of mozzarella sticks. The fettuccine sauce was disgusting and it didn't taste right and the chicken tasted like they burnt it and threw it in the fettuccine sauce. The mozzarella sticks tasted alright but the marinara sauce was really watery, like they added water to the jar shook it up and gave it to me. Definitely save your money and look else where. I give this place a 1 out of 10"

"Went for an early dinner here while in RI. We got the bruschetta appetizer which was really good. Three nice size pieces. We had chicken parmigiana and fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. Both were really good. Portions were a nice size. Our server was Leah and she was amazing. She was on top of things and we never had to ask for anything she was there to provide it. There were a lot of regulars it seemed at the bar. It was early so not really too busy. Would definitely recommend this place and go back again when in town."

"Had not been here in more than 10 years and was very glad I chose this place for my business lunch meeting. Food was excellent as I remembered, service was great, being there when we needed something but otherwise leaving us to talk. Prices are fair and it was quite which allowed for good conversation. I don't usually like gnocchi but their pepirosso was to die for as was the chicken parm."

"We stopped by for lunch on Nov 2nd and our host issued an odd warning that if we are at our table more than an hour we could lose the table to reservation!! Given the fact that there was only one other table occupied; the threat of having to eat our food while standing was completely unnecessary and came across as rude. Our puzzled look caused Pamela to explain that this edict comes from the owner. I guess some people order pizza and never leave! We did order a Margarita Pizza and did indeed left after lunch. The pie had a nice crisp crust but the flavor was unremarkable to cause us to return for the pie. But the Rigatoni Boscaiola was fantastic and well balanced w a flavorful sauce. Recommend the Pasta but not the strange welcome."

"We had our Rehearsal Dinner here for our wedding. Caffe Luna did a fantastic job and all of our guests loved it. The food was great and the 4 course dinner was perfect for the rehearsal dinner. All of the staff working the day of were super friendly. We worked with Darcey during the planning process and she was always prompt in communication and answered all of our questions. Overall, we would absolutely recommend a Rehearsal Dinner here. We have also eaten here in the restaurant before and love it every time :"

"Great Italian fare, very nicely prepared. One of us is Sicilian/Italian and the meatballs appetizer and sauce reminded him of his Mom's. Service was very nice. Only complaint is that the restaurant has a little identity crisis. The bar is a little loud, with happy hour, while the restaurant has a very nice low-key ambiance. There is no separation however, so the soft music and dim lighting of the restaurant is displaced by the loud music and revelers in the bar, until they left. The drinks were great too."

"RISTORANTE MOLISE ! Wow, what a delicious meal my gal and I had there! The staff is friendly and attentive. Good drinks. Nice atmosphere. We started with sensibly-sized salads. Very good, and they were included with the entrées! She had eggplant parm with pasta, and a side of meatballs. OMG, the meatballs were so delicious, in an excellent red sauce, AND there were four in the serving the size of tennis balls. I didn't try the eggplant, but the serving was huge and she said very yummy. I had cioppino. Another OMG! It was the best I've ever had! Loaded with six shrimp, many scallops, class, mussels, a big piece of haddock, potatoes, and I was able to skip the calamari. The broth was spicy and delicious. They serve great, crusty bread for sopping if you like. It was all around $100 for food and two drinks each, and we both took home leftovers. Here's a Pic of my cioppino..."

"Ordered to pick up. They don't take your name but give you a order number so you need to remember it. A bit confusing when you enter. Front check in person doesn't handle pickup you have to go to the bar. First person that offered help told us she couldn't help and we had to wait for person who was answering calls. No big but about a five minute wait. No one...from wait staff to bar help were wearing masks. A bit unnerving. When we got our pizza it was cold. Considering we entered establishment 13 minutes after calling in the order and told pick up readyin 15, I'm a bit baffled by that. Pizza is ok. It's a thin crust but lacks the thin crispy crunch and more just a chewy crust. On the skimpy side with the toppings. At $2.50 for mushrooms, give me more than 2 per slice! Would I order again? Yes. Is it number 1 in the NMB area? Umm, sorry, no."

"Everything we ordered was very good especially the special salad with burrata. Eggplant parmesan was also excellent. The only disappointment was the chocolate molten cake, where the inside tasted more like pudding than pure chocolate. But the cake was cooked perfectly. The service wasn't particularly attentive we had to ask for the wine three times despite it being almost empty as it was fairly late in the evening. I would recommend it as they have a nice range of dishes from all over Italy and the prices are very reasonable. I will go again."

"I truly don't understand the ratings for this place. I ordered a large cheese pizza and it was ice cold and the crust was rock hard. I am so confused. My son said it was like a pizza from Chucky Cheeses and then we both said Chucky Cheese was actually better! Their was no flavor and small amount of sauce. I really was excited to get this pizza because of the ratings. I did get an immediate refund so at least that was good."

"Ciro's is a great little Italian restaurant with great food without the high prices. The atmosphere is upscale with white linen tablecloths and napkins, but still okay for a casual jeans and polo shirt crowd. I've eaten here many times for lunch,and a few times for dinner. My favorite lunch item is the sausage roll (very similar to a calzone) not only delicious, butenough for two meals. Their pasta entrees are also excellent. Our lunch group has never had a complaint"

"I had made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab hotel there . We were seated at 7:45 At 8:05 No one still had come to.our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send over a waitress. 8:30 still no waitress Got up and told the hostess to please send a waitress. 8 :40 still no one. Every waitress passed out table like we were not even there. I.was so upset that we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else.to eat. There were 4 of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined!!!!!. I have never in my life treated so poorly at a restaurant. I will be sure to tell my friends of the horrible service we received. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS KIND OF SERVICE!!!!!!!!!"

"We ordered takeout through the restaurant's website, which indicated that they would bring the pizza to our car. Our scheduled pick-up time was 7:48 PM. When I arrived at that time, I called them to let them know I was outside. Instead of the promised service, I was told to come back in 20 to 25 minutes, with no apology or explanation provided. I returned 23 minutes later and called again. This time, the woman on the phone instructed me to come inside to pick up the three pizzas I had ordered. When I inquired about the carside delivery, she seemed clueless about the whole situation. Frustrated, I went inside to collect my order. Feeling upset, I decided to call the restaurant again to speak with the manager about my experience, hoping they could address it with the staff. Unfortunately, the same woman answered and offered to take a message instead of connecting me with the manager. I insisted on speaking to the manager, but after waiting for two minutes on hold, they hung up on me. It’s disappointing to pay over $70 for three pizzas and experience such poor customer service. We are unlikely to return, which is a shame because we used to order from there frequently before the fire."

"As always, the food was very good and beautifully presented. All four of us shared our plates with our partners, and despite splitting the food, there was no additional charge. Each dish looked delightful. We are all fans of The Bear, and we couldn’t help but wonder if Senti is raising its standards. While it may not be at the Michelin star level, it truly embodies everything one hopes for in a reasonably priced, excellent restaurant. It's a great spot for drinks (which are consistently excellent), a dinner with friends, or a special occasion. We’ll definitely be returning."

"I made a last-minute decision tonight with a friend who was craving pizza and pasta. Not wanting to miss out on some carbs, we chose Pizzeria Virtú because it has a great menu and we've had good experiences there in the past, and it was only a three-minute drive away. Since we wanted to sample a variety of dishes, we decided to share everything. We started with the polpette as an appetizer, followed by a plate of spaghetti Aglio, Olio, e Peperoncino, and the spicy Reggio pizza without tomato sauce. We rounded off our meal with an olive oil cake for dessert. I only managed to snap a few photos, but trust me, the food was delicious. We paired our meal with a Barbera d’Asti wine from Stefano Farina, which was a perfect match—light and dry with medium tannins, complementing the spices in the dishes beautifully. I highly recommend Pizzeria Virtú; you really can’t go wrong!"
