"The food was really good, but the service was incredibly slow. One person in our group ordered coffee and never got it. I ordered bauru, and it had not arrived when we were ready to leave (we spent about an hour there), so I had to get it to go. My brigadeiro had not come out when the bauru did, so we had to remind them it was on my order. Since we had been told 10 minutes for Pastel to go, 4 of us ordered one. We waited *much* longer than that, and they prepared them just before we left. They did not charge for them since we had issues, which I appreciate. The food was all delicious, I just wish the service matched. They weren't very busy, either. I would be willing to give it another try, but on a day I have nothing else to do."
