"I went to eat here with my family after church service and the food was quite good. My complaint is the service and employees. The manager, I think Christina, was continuously talking down to our waitress and seemed aggressive about it. We just felt bad and a bit uncomfortable. Restaurants seem like they’re always short staffed, and when you finally have good and nice people working at them, management should be respectful of that. I think we will go to a different location next time because we don’t want to support those types of business practices. I used to work in a restaurant when I was in college to pay my bills so I know how stressful it can be. Nobody deserves to be treated poorly for no reason!!"

"the overall experience from this situation was very bad. the only reason why I would not give 1 star rating is the professionalism of the manager. food should be prepared, however, as advertised. the western omlete was filled with raw vegetables and cold ham. the French toast was burned and the inmates were far from what I was going to get home. I also ordered bananennussbrot and instead received cookies. nothing about my eating was a pleasant experience and showed a lack of training or just a lack of care. the only thing that was done right was torn. for $30 they should get what they asked."

"I stopped by for a quick bite and ordered a bowl of beef soup (Kaper as fast food). My waiter was exceptional! He remembered everything without needing prompts. I like lemon in my water, and he even brought extra napkins without me asking. He also remembered to provide butter for the roll. I ordered a potato soup to go, and he thoughtfully put the bacon in a separate container and included napkins and utensils in the bag. It's refreshing to see that some people take pride in delivering excellent service. I just wish I could remember his name. It was March 22 at 2:30 PM, and he was tall with brown hair and glasses. He was such a pleasure to interact with!"

"This location, although it seems to be less busy these days, is exceptionally clean. The waitstaff is very friendly. Our waitress, despite having difficulty moving around, was attentive and did a great job. The food was excellent, and the eggs were cooked perfectly, just as we requested. I highly recommend this place. It can sometimes feel crowded, which may lead to short wait times, but it's a great spot to relax and enjoy a nice meal."

"We ordered two dinner bell entrees. The fried chicken breast and the turkey dinner. I received two, half palm sized, thinly pieces of dried out turkey. The portions were very sparse and dry. The biscuits I chose were hard and stale. My wife's fried chicken breast dinner with banana bread was good. We only received a two dollar adjustment off the bill after informing the assistant manager. Service: Dine in"

"I agree, BE has moved into the city. We always loved the banana bread they served until our last visit. The banana bread looked and tasted like somethng you can buy at your local grocery store's in-house bakery, not that super moist nut filled loaf BE was known for! Our serve was extremely slow and our coffee cups were not re- filled unless we asked our waitress. When our food did arrive, it was either cold or incomplete and the manager brought each item, one at a time, with no explainations as to why. My scrambled eggs tasted more like a pasturized egg product than real fresh farm eggs! Maybee BE needs to go back to the farm!!"

"Updated post: I ordered on line three different times and all three times something was missing. When I called to speak to the manager I was told I had to pick up the missing item that same day. Mind you, I do not live close by and was not about to go all the way back there for the missing items. The first time they gave me the wrong kind of pie, the second time they forgot to give me the banana nut bread and the third time they forgot to give me a salad. Now if they allowed me to pick up the missing items on a later date I might have given them a higher rating. I don't think I will be ordering take out from there again. I also dined in. The servicer and cashier great and friendly. The only bad thing is there were knats. We had to wave them away from our food. Not good for business."

"This started off a tad rough, the hostess was also supposed to be our waitress initially. The other waitress then came over and asked what we'd like for drinks. My wife, taking our kid to the bathroom, I ordered their two drinks and said I'm not sure what you have (as I only ordered water and milk for them) she said well I'll be back then, rather than just saying coke/Pepsi. We then finally got a young man to be our waiter who changed my entire visit around. He was friendly, happy and seemed like waiting on people was a great job very there and willing to get anything we needed with various check ins to our table. The world needs more people like him, spreading joy and happiness amongst those they're around. Keep it up!"

"We decided to give this restaurant a try because it was nearby and we had never eaten there before. The staff was friendly and our wait was not long, only about 12 minutes. They did not have some of the appetizers listed on the menu, but they did offer a variety of soups. We opted to wait for our main dishes to arrive at the table. Our server was very pleasant and suggested the turkey dinner with stuffing, potatoes, and carrots. I chose to have the green beans as a side, which were delicious. I especially enjoyed the potatoes as they had a nice texture and were creamy. The turkey was very tender and flavorful, while the stuffing was extremely filling. The cranberry sauce on the side was tasty, although a bit too sweet for most tastes. I finished every bite, and I believe I could taste hints of apples in the sauce. The warm rolls served with butter were also a hit. My husband ordered the honey-fried chicken, which came with two crispy pieces. The macaroni and cheese was cheesy and satisfying, although I prefer a crispy top on my mac and cheese. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience and would definitely consider coming back again."

"I love coming here. Been coming here for years and never had a complaint. Angie was my server and she's been here a long time too, like over ten years I think. "We ordered over $50 worth of food directly from the Bob Evans Website for delivery. We were delivered the wrong order- 1 total meal that we didn 't even order, and called the store. As soon as we received the food, we called the store and they agreed that the orders had been mixed up and stated oh, you 're like the third person that 's had this issue. My husband then volunteers to go pick up the order, and the staff were nothing but rude. 2 hours later, we were left with 4 disgusting cold meals, and they weren 't even willing to remake the food, even though we volunteered to wait. I understand it was a large order to remake, but it was their mistake. They stated that because the names on the order were so similar (Isaiah H and Elijah E) that it was our fault the orders were confused (btw our order was 4 meals, the other was 1). We typically never complain, but this was such a waste of time and money. Attached is 1 example of the food we did recieve."

"10/8/23 pot roast sandwich with fries awesome! Excellent service. I tried the Thanksgiving Turkey Sandwich! It didn't have the pickle slices as advertised and the cranberry chutney on it was literally 1/2 tsp if that. I showed our server and asked for more, which she gladly brought me. It was very good!! Everyone else enjoyed their food as well! My sandwich was delicious but gave me diarrhea later so I removed 1 star."

"I was in rock hill to treat some personal business and got some bad things to do, so I decided to stop eating in bob evans for some comfort. I sat on the counter and had amazing service all the time. beautiful waitress chatting with me warm and offered more drinks. I loved the team feeling of the staff - although a waitress was my main waitress, everyone stopped and checked me. since I sat at the counter, I heard a waitress who insisted with the kitchen that the order of her customer is correct, and I smiled when the man beside me was greeted both with names and order (as one of the women teased him that they were from his regular eating.) I thought how great it was that even in a big enough city where everyone knows it was not, that there was something wrong it wasn't a big thing, and I was discussing whether to say something. mistakes happen, I was done halfway away (what was a lot and I really wanted to replace nothing else. when one of the waitresses came to check me, I mentioned it to her for the consciousness and told her that she should not worry about adapting the review. from any reason, but it hit me that even such a simple joy had been stained on this hard day, and I began to annoy. I didn't want anyone to notice this, so I asked for a togo cup since the waitress had just refilled my drink. the waitress noticed that I was annoyed and rushed to register to make sure that my review was adjusted. when I reached the counter, I was visibly annoyed so that another waitress (can the manager come to take care of him completely. first I wanted to present this review so that the personal knows that I was not at all upset about her or her work. secondly, I hope that everyone looking for a place to feel like family knows how a precious stone of this particular bob evans is. I'm not sure I've felt so good at a restaurant before. I love the way this be found a way to bring small city charm to a big box shopping center. keep them the amazing work!"
