"We had a reservation for 7:00 PM and arrived at 6:37 PM, only to be told to wait until our scheduled time because there was a 20-minute wait anyway. The dining room was only about one-third full, another third was covered with dirty plates, and the remaining third was empty. When we entered at 6:37 PM, three other people were also waiting to be seated. At 6:51 PM, eight people walked in, greeted a staff member as if they were regulars, and made their way to the bar. At that point, the bartender informed another staff member not to seat any additional guests. The same message was relayed to the three girls who had been waiting since 6:37 PM, and they were turned away. When we asked if we should leave, the staff member said yes. Meanwhile, those eight guests were seated at the bar and served, while we, with our reservation for two, were ignored. Overall, the experience was awful. If they close at 8:00 PM, they shouldn’t take a 7:00 PM reservation, and if they’re short-staffed, they need to find a better solution."
