Charles D, the manager, is truly a standout—he's professional, hardworking, and incredibly friendly. I can’t say enough good things about him. The other two team members, Cody S and Jake F, were also impressive. They are efficient, professional, and always seem to have a smile on their faces. These three employees are among the best I've ever encountered. This Jimmy John's is fortunate to have them on staff. They definitely deserve a raise! I've been coming here for a long time, and this has been my best experience yet. Thank you, guys, for always making my sandwiches perfectly!"
