"The food is absolutely delicious! However, my experience was marred by the weather and the wait time. It was raining and cold on a Friday night, and even though I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes, I ended up waiting in a line that stretched down the street for 35 minutes. They really need to improve their process instead of making people wait outside. It would be helpful if someone could be sent out to bring orders out more efficiently. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, so I recommend keeping this in mind when ordering on weekends or during game days."
