"As someone with a peanut allergy, my experience at Dun Huang was very disappointing. The menu didn’t clearly indicate the ingredients in the noodle dishes, though there was a question about allergies at the end of the order. I mentioned my peanut allergy, assuming that would be enough for them to take precautions or warn me if there was an issue. However, my meal arrived containing peanuts. I only took half a bite before noticing and asking the waiter, who then treated me as if the mistake was my fault. When I explained that eating the dish could have been life-threatening, their response was just, “we get it.” They charged me for my drink but did deduct the noodles from the bill. Unfortunately, I’ve been feeling unwell all day because of this. Very disappointed."
