"I experienced extremely long wait times at this restaurant, and the tables were cramped with no space to move. Unfortunately, the salad bowl I received was filled with water. We had a new cook who prepared everything quickly but didn't check for any food allergies, which was concerning. The chicken was undercooked, and when I spoke to the manager about it, he was unhelpful. He suggested that if we didn't want the meat, we would have to pay separately for all the sides, which ended up costing more than the meals themselves. The steak was also undercooked, and the chef diced it up too early, so the sides didn't have a chance to get properly browned. I'm very disappointed and will not be returning. I've spent too much money over the years to not receive proper accommodations, especially when they made a mistake."
