"We always look forward to visiting Kachina for their margaritas and happy hour! However, during our last two visits, we were seated in the hotel lobby even though there was plenty of space inside the restaurant. At first, we found it a bit odd, but we didn’t mind as we enjoyed our drinks and were eager to order some food. Unfortunately, we were forgotten and had to wait over 30 minutes to place our order, which was quite disappointing. The waitstaff were very apologetic and kind afterward, which we truly appreciated. I’m not sure what’s going on with the new seating arrangements, but I would prefer to be seated in a more properly supervised area in the future."
