"Cranberry. Went here for lunch on a tuesday around 11:30. I had the senior beef brisket with free onions and cheddar cheese (the lunch special on tuesday). I 've never had brisket before, and now I realize what I 've been missing. The meat was perfectly done. Flavorful but not overpowering, you could tell someone took great care in preparing it. Unfortunately, the rest of the sandwich did not match the quality of the meat. A bland white bread roll, diced, raw onion, and low quality cheddar. Kudos on the bbq, but the little things need more attention.<br/ <br/ P.S. The menu page on your website has 'the flame ' misspelled as 'the Flamr '...Hilarious"
