"This place has never been my favorite to eat in Kansas City. So many great options for bbq but a friend had a gift card. The service was absolute perfection. I ordered a side salad and a baked potato and they were both delicious. One friend had a delicious looking burger and the other had brisket, which she said was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be putting Famous Dave’s back on my list."

"Absolutely loved this place! We were visiting the area from Oklahoma and definitely will have to eat here when we go back to Branson. Roberto was our waiter and he was great, very nice, knew what he was doing, he was quick. The sauces that they have at the table are the best! Everything about this place is just great. I definitely recommend!"

"I apologize for this review. As someone from Kansas City, I found the experience to be quite unpleasant. The brisket was tough, the burnt ends were dry, the St. Louis ribs lacked meat, and the cheese curds had no cheese. Despite this, there were some positive aspects such as the reservation service, excellent customer service, delicious tea, jalapeño sausage, flavorful sauces, and the corn muffin. However, the overall experience felt like drive-thru BBQ at a premium price. I would not return again."

"No point in making a reservation, made for and didnt get seated till We had people and coming the reservation system wouldn't let us choose that amount. When changing the number to it let us set it Another group came in after us with no reservation for and they seated them first. We were and had reserved the table around they told us they had a table set up for us but waiting on people to leave They sat us at a table they setup right outside the kitchen and in a main walking aisle. Every order that came out had to squeeze behind us. A man in a wheelchair needed to get thru a few times and everyone on one side of the table had to get up each time It was probably a fire hazard, there were multiple large people who could barely make their way behind our table and the row of booths they put us so close to. On our other side, the back of our chairs were touching the back of another tables chairs. Than a man behind us choked and they had to give him the heimlich maneuver- so the other side of the table all had to move our chairs so they could get to him."
