"After spending some time driving around Detroit, looking for a good breakfast spot, we popped into Louise on our way home. What a great idea! We sat at the bar, and though we ordered simple food items (they actually killed it with the poach eggs A , what most impressed me was the efficiency of the staff, and the cleanliness of the place. When you sit at the bar, you can look into the kitchen and the back serving station. Everything is clean and I think Restaurant managers should come and take note.There is no need to have a dirty restaurant! We'll definitely be coming back again, and again! Recommended for anyone who likes fast service, go to food, friendly, service, and a clean establishment! :"
