"We will never be ordering from this restaurant again. We placed an order through Grubhub at 6:10 PM, and it was guaranteed to arrive by 6:45 PM. By 7:10 PM, we called to check on our order, and while they said they would look into it, they never returned to the phone. We could hear background noise from the restaurant, so we had to use another phone to call again and let them know we had been left waiting. After checking again, they assured us that our order was on the way, but the Grubhub app showed that it hadn’t even left the restaurant yet. We then reached out to Grubhub, who contacted the restaurant, only to be told again that our order was en route—even though the map indicated otherwise. We called once more, and again they claimed it was on the way. Ultimately, at 7:35 PM, we decided to cancel our order, a full 50 minutes after it was supposed to arrive. We won’t be back. If you can’t deliver food to customers within the promised timeframe, don’t accept orders that you can’t fulfill. Additionally, repeatedly lying to customers about the status of their food is a terrible way to build trust and loyalty. We dislike dishonesty!"
