"I ordered a shrimp tempura bowl, and the staff member told me to wait outside. This was unusual for me, as I usually have to pay first, but she insisted it was okay to pay later. When I returned, she waved me in and asked what I had ordered. I accidentally mentioned a spicy ahi bowl instead. No problem, I thought, and said I would wait. Then she asked if I could pay now, which I did. I received my order along with an apology, but unfortunately, the shrimp was disappointing. It was mushy without any crispiness, and while the menu said it would come with three shrimp, I think they threw in a fourth to make up for their small size. I used to love this place, and I really hope they can get back on track."
