"When we visited the restaurant, it was quite empty, and we were seated at a secluded table in the corner. Our server made a mistake with our order, and it took an additional 20 minutes to receive an entrée that had been forgotten. There was no apology or any attempt to make it right, which left us feeling uncared for. As residents at the lake who dine at local establishments frequently, we regret to say that Encore has fallen to the bottom of our list."
