The owners are thoughtful about what they offer and all the ingredients are of the highest quality. Try this place for the BEST way to start your day. You will be so happy with anything you choose from their menu. Top favorite menu items I had were the Berry Blue Parfait, Grain Bowl with Curry chicken, Chicken on Toast, and the Hot Cacao Latte. Their juices are also great and the ginger, lemon, cayenne shot helped me get over my nagging cough but it is not for the faint of heart. I didn’t try any smoothies but they all sound so good.
