"I’m a regular at this place and have never experienced bad service until today around 6:20 PM. I ordered an extra-large strawberry green tea, while my mom got a taro slush with boba. When our order was ready, they handed me a regular size drink that wasn’t even filled to the top, as shown in the photo. When I pointed it out, they wanted to charge me extra for the correct size, so I decided to let it go. Then, as we were leaving, my mom noticed that her slush didn’t have any boba in it. We went back to address this issue, and I was really frustrated because the cashier clearly wasn’t paying attention to our order and got everything wrong. Instead of owning up to it, they were smirking behind their mask. The service was awful today, and there wasn’t even a line. I usually tip here, but now I’m reconsidering because it feels like the staff isn’t listening to customers and is being rude about it. They really need to improve their service."
