"We’ve been to Wolf Gangs a few times. Typically it’s a good experience, however this visit wasn’t a good one. We waited 20 minutes past our reservation. We again waited 20 minutes for a server. Once we ordered, the main course came out before our appetizer and salads. We had to cancel our appetizer and request our salads. Out of the four steaks we ordered for the table, two of them were extremely cold. We requested they re do these two steaks, but they just threw the cold ones on the grill for a little while to heat them up. Not ideal, but at this point it was taking to long to get service on anything. They appeared to be very short staffed, but that can’t be excused for the level of dining and prices this restaurant is know for."
