I like how they have improved their bowls in the run of the years. they added cauliflower rice and quinoa as available bases, and herbal shin as protein options. there are also many gluten-free options. besides the jalapeño cilantro sauce, the bbq, garlic ingwer, gf hiyashi, gf thai, olive oil, crumb and limette, smokey Mediterranean dressing, both teriyakis, sriracha chili, and sweet and acidic sauces are all vegan-friendly."
