"After visiting three times in the first few months after its opening, we hadn't returned for a while due to the horrendous service we received on our last visit. However, we decided to give it another try because we consistently found the food to be very good to excellent, and we enjoyed the combination of Japanese and Chinese dishes, as well as the wide variety of dumplings. Once again, we were impressed with the quality of the food, though the service was only slightly better than the previously unacceptable level. The staff seemed more interested in watching a football game than attending to the customers, indicating a lack of proper training. If I were the owner, I would consider firing the manager for failing to provide adequate training. Despite the service issues, we may return in the future, especially if the service improves."

"The food here is pretty mediocre here. It's ok for a fast meal in a pinch but it's not good quality here. Out of all the times I've been here, The service is unprofessional to say the least. Quality- the hou fun was very salty and the vegetables are tough to bite into. The meat was also chewy so it takes a lot of chewing to get through it. The shrimp fried rice is standard....Nothing special. Quantity- an ok amount comes for the price. You will get full for a low cost. Atmosphere- I hate the chairs and small spacing between tables. Not enough personal space or outdoor seating. Service- one time I came here over the weekend to get lunch with a friend and the manager (larger 6' asian guy with big belly) would constantly pester us to leave because we overstayed our welcome. His reasoning is because we finished eating and aren't ordering anything else. We were only there for an hour and ordered two dishes and boba. The food/boba was good but the demeanor of the staff ruined our experience. We were asked to leave every 5 minutes after 30 minutes of being there. Next, they declined to give us water and then they thrusted the checks in our face while we were still eating. When we paid, we sat there a bit longer to finish the food and it was then we heard the manager start complaining about us not leaving in another language (cantonese) to the waiters. Because of this poor service, I left no tip for the manager which pissed him off so he forced us out of the restaurant. There was also no line outside so I don't understand what the rush was. We weren't rude or loud at all. We sat at a small table and just chatted while eating food. There were people there that were much louder than us but also understandably paid more. Regardless, this is no way to treat paying customers."

"Firstly, the smoothies are amazingly delicious! That being said, however, if you have food allergies or are a strict vegan, I DO NOT recommend ordering their vegan items, as they may not be so straightforward about all ingredients, nor do they seem too concerned for that matter. Maybe they don 't realize what vegan truly implies ; (NO meat, NO dairy (inc Any form of cow MILK , NO egg, NO gelatin... but they NEED to know dairy can literally be a life or death issue for some!! At the very least they should perhaps change their (v menu to say vegetarian (which means NO meat but may include dairy/egg.. . All I know is I 've ordered on multiple occasions and having seen the product(s used in their vegan items, I now have trust issues. It 's too bad because this could 've been another gem for the many vegans in the capital district."

"After reading a ton of great reviews, my brother Anthony and I took a cab to the game pad on 2/8/2020 1030 pm and were told we couldn 't go in. The bouncers exact words were don 't even bother. I thought he was joking so I proceeded to help Anthony get his ID out. My brother is 23 with cerebral palsy and I 'm a 27 year old dialysis patient. I do not drink because of my health problems. Because of his cerebral palsy Anthony, has a 1 drink limit. Neither of us had any drinks this night, but the bouncer said he heard my brother say he was drunk which is absolute bs. Anthony can not speak clearly so I would like to know where he got that. Anthony said Me, Fun, as in I want to have fun. I can understand the confusion, what I can 't understand is the bouncers dismissive and rude attitude. I tried to explain to him we 're both handicap and just wanted to get out of the house for once. He just kept rolling his eyes and avoiding eye contact. He kept saying I 'm going by what I heard. Again, understandable. If you think someone is drunk, you have every right to tell them they can 't come in. What got me, is after getting rejected Anthony started crying and this heartless bouncer just didn 't care. If you meet Anthony, he is the sweetest happiest person ever!! I was appalled at the discrimination and ignorance this man possesses. I wrote to the company 's fb page and I can see that they saw my message, yet no reply. I will never again waste my time on a place that employs ignorant staff. Educate your staff and work on your customer service. At least have the decency to apologize for what you 'll call a misunderstanding."

"overall very disappointing experience from the last time that we came in september. we had reservations and celebrated a birthday and asked to wait for some time. they sat in the writing on others who came before us. the eating timing lasted one because of the appetizer time. service was poor. eating and drinks tasted quite different. even the presentation of drinks were placed in whisky glasses. our margherita tasted like syrup juice. we ordered fajitas that came almost cold. the tortillas tasty store bought and also cold. really sad, will probably not be back. service and general eat only not unforgettable or good for this occasion."

"We were in town for a college lacrosse tournament and the team was staying at the Hyatt to which Bellfarm is attached. On a Friday night after the team won their first game, several parents came to the hotel for a visit and congregated at Bellfarm. They couldn't have been more accommodating, friendly, and helpful. On very little notice, and with such a cheerful attitude, the staff and manager set up a separate room with large tables and dedicated servers to help us. The service was great, and so were the food and beverages. The manager even went MANY extra miles to find the technology that allowed us to watch a hockey game in which several of our crowd had a cheering interest. I have rarely encountered an establishment that was so willing to accommodate a very large impromptu group on almost zero notice, and I would have never expected it to be attached to hotel in an airport. Highly recommend Bellfarm!!!"

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on Sunday when I ordered takeout for my daughter. The food was extremely subpar, and the staff was quite rude. To make matters worse, the bag was covered in food sauces. I requested four disposable plates, but the staff was unkind and told me they didn’t have any, all while displaying a bad attitude. The two employees were also laughing at us when we asked questions about the food. The portion sizes were small, especially considering the high prices, and the food itself tasted terrible. Overall, I would rate this experience as follows: Service: 1, Food: 1, Atmosphere: 1, with a meal cost of $20–30 per person."

"I had made a reservation for 7:30. It was my son's birthday. We also stayed at the River Crab hotel there . We were seated at 7:45 At 8:05 No one still had come to.our table. Had to ask for water and 8:15 a boy brought us water and said he would send over a waitress. 8:30 still no waitress Got up and told the hostess to please send a waitress. 8 :40 still no one. Every waitress passed out table like we were not even there. I.was so upset that we got up and left the restaurant and went somewhere else.to eat. There were 4 of us and my son's birthday was totally ruined!!!!!. I have never in my life treated so poorly at a restaurant. I will be sure to tell my friends of the horrible service we received. "Our standing service AND food! Salsa, beans and Cole slaw were AMAZING! Eva was such a helpful kind waitress. She made suggestions that were perfect. "Omg, this place is absolutely delicious. We got a bench outside. It was beautiful day to do just that. My friend ordered the French toast, which looked and tasted absolutely amazing. I ordered the avocado toast. Very flavorful without it being salty. Got a Power Twist juice. I also ordered a scallion cheddar scone. I wish this would've been warmed up a little. Downside, is that it doesn't have servers who take your order. The tables outside are benches, so you're sitting with other people, which is not necessarily my jam. The staff is friendly, those who actually bother to make eye contact and acknowledge my presence. I Had questions about the baked goods and was fully ignored twice. The food quality and outweighs any negative, and don't be scared by the long line. It moves fast and the food is ready in a timely manner. Would definitely go back to try other stuff!!"

Tonight I placed a pick up order by mistake and I called to cancel. The man working stated that it was ok and that if need be he’d wait after close so I could get my food. He has no idea that I’m a stay at home momma who’s tired today, who would of just ended up not eating tonight and feeding my family instead, and I have so many food restrictions that I can’t just order anywhere..auga fresh is the only place I can safely eat out at. "If you have never dined at First Watch in person, I don't recommend just ordering from DoorDash or Uber Eats. It's an experience, and they are very helpful in explaining the menu and ingredients and how fresh everything is. I have been a fan of this place for years and have visited multiple locations. My go-to dish is the Parma hash, which is delicious with tomatoes adding so much flavor. Their signature bread and jam is amazing, and the waffles are crispy yet fluffy. The pancakes are also large and satisfying, and the million dollar bacon and seasonal drinks are fantastic. I would be disappointed if they ever changed. One downside is that you may not get to fully enjoy the experience if you live far from a location, as the full menu may not be available. Additionally, customization options on DoorDash are limited."
