"I went back to the restaurant to try and get the food fixed, but the door was locked even though they were supposed to be open. After finally speaking to someone on the phone, Miranda assured me they would take care of it. However, I overheard the cook saying they were closed and refused to make the replacements I requested, which is unacceptable customer service. We had not even tried the other food yet, but it was clear there were issues. We had spent a lot of money on five meals, plus a tip, and were only offered to have our salad remade, even though it was our original complaint due to the molded eggs. 
After throwing out everything except the spaghetti for my daughter, they seemed to think I was joking about the quality of the food but I have pictures to prove it. Next time, I will stick to Kidd's dinner for diner, as they have always saved the day."
