"I went at an off hour, 4pm, so I was one of 4 tables. The service was prompt and friendly. I have never given 5 stars to a sushi/ all you can eat place and I have tried at least a dozen. I don't have a huge appetite so I select carefully to try as much as I can stomach. Lol I absolutely love that they offer 1/2 rolls, super important when you are dining alone. My favorite roll was the Sunny special roll, but I am partial to lemon and salmon. The salmon sashimi was melt in your mouth good, and on a whim I tried the garlic salmon which was delightful. It reminded me of salmon with a ceviche twist. The oyster was gigantic with a well balanced and tasty brine. I preferred the bacon wrapped asparagus over the scallop as the scallop was barely noticiable under the bacon. And to finish it all off, a tin bit of green tea ice cream to clean the pallet. This was a great experience, could only have been topped with someone special to share it with. The location is off the strip which is nice, but the walk from the hotel could feel a bit intimidating to some after dark I am sure. It is in a strip mall with a couple other eatery's that also get great reviews. If you're driving, there is a decent size parking lot."
