"If you're looking for a low to mid-temperature latte that tastes uneven and burnt, along with a curt and indifferent attitude from the staff, then this is the place for you. With so many great coffee spots around town, I'm not sure how this place manages to stay in business. I haven't heard of a single positive experience from anyone I know, nor have I had a pleasant visit myself at any of the Steam Dot locations in the Anchorage area. I gave it an extra star because their cheese cookie is tasty, but honestly, it just isn't worth it. Alaskans have high standards for coffee, and this place fails to meet them both in terms of product and service."
