"The service was excellent, and the food was quite tasty, although a bit oily and rich. Our server was very attentive and offered useful suggestions from the menu. My wife and I tried the Alambre Mixto, the Tortilla soup, and the roasted Jalapeños, along with Jamaica water and a Tamarindo drink. Everything was good and met the quality and flavor expectations of "Kette Restaurant." My only note is that the dishes were a touch greasy, which made them linger in my stomach for a while."

"Ordered nachos supreme as take out. Food was hot and even with walking in to order wait was only about 5-6 minutes. Was large portion size and tasted great. Cashier was super friendly and polite. Wore a mask out of respect for my spouses choices, was not hassled for this choice. Parking was confusing only due to closure of the road/parking lot south of Fredricos, which made it slightly harder than the normally easy to use parking/drive thru access that is normally available. But that's a city change, not something Fredricos has any control over and was the only surprise I had accessing them from the Sara Rd side I normally come from."

"I had a fantastic experience at this pizza parlor! From the excellent service to the great value of the two slices and a drink, everything was impressive. The server was friendly, and our food was ready quickly and served hot. Just a small suggestion: don't hesitate to spice up the name of the place a bit. I came back from Los Angeles to Orange County and had to search for a while to find the name. Something that pops like "Shazam!" or "Wham!"—like a standout piece from a Liechtenstein painting—would make it much more memorable, in my opinion. (And I have a pretty good memory, so please excuse my input!)"

"The loaded waffle fries were quite delicious. However, the fajita chicken on the sheet pan nachos was overcooked and appeared as small, burnt squares that looked like they had been scraped off the bottom of a pan. Additionally, the nachos could have used a better layering. On a positive note, the guacamole and salsa were both tasty."

"Best Tacos Ever. Garlic Shrimp and Sweet n Spicy Chicken tacos were the best I have ever had. The Strawberry Ginger Margarita was really, really fantastic as well. We also ordered the Chili Cheese Curds and Ribeye Nachos. I loved the Curds, but would have actually enjoyed them more without the Chili, as the cheese was stand alone excellent. Ribeye had a smoked flavor that I hope to be able to replicate at home. Food was cheap, perfect, and quick. Loved this place."

"I had a fantastic experience at Sal's! The food was exceptional, and the staff provided outstanding customer service. I’ve never tried the hamburger, but I really appreciated that I could customize my dish without any issues or judgment, which isn't always the case at other places. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Sal's. They have seating options for larger groups and will rearrange tables if needed. I only visited for dinner, so I can’t speak to the lunch experience. The service was quick, and they served freshly-made chips and salsa while we waited (although I’m not sure if they were really fresh). The drinks and chips were promptly refilled. Overall, this is one of my favorite restaurants in Madera!"
