"Highly recommend just calling the store rather than ordering online because the employees will not know how to troubleshoot the issue as they “don’t know how it works”. And because they don’t know they told me my order would be behind all the other orders. When I told them I’m cancelling everything their only response was “sorry”. The San Mateo location is probably a better bet in terms of customer service anyways."
