"I ordered the Northern sandwich and it arrived quickly, but the bagel, egg, and bacon were all served separately. It was a bit unusual, but not a big deal. However, I then realized that my bacon was soggy, the bagel was too hard, and they forgot to include cheese. After putting together my sandwich and eating it, I have to say that Bagelicious really let me down. I used to enjoy their food, but now I don't think I'll be returning."

"Absolutely disgusted and furious after leaving this place.Walked in to chaos and confusion. People entered through both doors and started multiple lines and no one knew what was going on.Employees looked unkempt and had an extremely unprofessional demeanor. The women at the counter were wearing pajamas and had long fake nails, and looked unclean, handeling food and beverages- very gross. I asked the woman at the counter for a coffee with milk and sugar (They moved the coffee station behind the counter), and she gave me a cup of milk with hardly any coffee or sugar, filled to the top, and the lid was put on incorrectly so as I walked out with food and coffee in hand, coffee spilled all over my pants. Manhattan bagels are generally consistent in my experience but this one in Westfield is a disgrace."

"Adorable shop and restaurant! They have fresh produce, specialty baked goods, honey, jams, preserves, candies, nuts, a gift shop with home decor, an outdoors shop with plants and pottery, and the restaurant menu has so many options. We ordered the chicken salad sandwich and my husband had a smoked chicken with sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were served with a yummy cinnamon icing dip. The smoked chicken didn't have a very strong smoke flavor, but it was nice and tender and we were able to buy a whole smoked chicken for 5 bucks because they were clearing out the plate lunch tubs. Chicken salad sandwich was amazing. It wasnt rush hour (2:30pm) however, our food came out super fast. Must-see local destination!"

"My family and I have been frequenting this establishment for quite some time now. Initially, I was unsure about the negative comments regarding the customer service, but unfortunately, I encountered it firsthand today. There seems to be a new employee working there, as I did not recognize her. I requested a baker's dozen with a selection of different flavors. I specifically asked for the onion flavor to be packaged separately from the cinnamon, and then the plain ones to be separated as well. However, the lady serving me seemed to be bothered by my request. I attempted to explain my reasoning, but she was unresponsive."

"I go here for lunch several times a month because it is a healthier choice. For the first time I ordered a lunch special scalloped potatoes a few weeks back and it was a hit, I will order every time it becomes a lunch special. They also have ziti lunch special also good (better than most locally). Love the lunch portions and soup and sandwich portions not on the heavy side."

"Ordering ahead highly recommend but they’ve got lots of staff to endure your order is tended to promptly. I watched a customer wait an excessive amount of time and her order had got lost or something. After the staff finally figure out who didn’t fulfill the ticket management worked to get her order bumped to the top of tickets and the customer on her way. What’s was especially great to see was that management recognized their error, owned it with the customer and then went to make it right with her offering her to grab a drink from the fridge on the way out. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is their online ordering system could be improved it’s currently extremely confusing and can be quite a pain if on your mobile device. The only other reason was that in that last situation manage my did everything right with the customer but they also let their employee who had messed up know what was wrong and how to correct it. Unfortunately the employee took it the wrong way and had a bad attitude while making the rest of the pending orders. He also talked back to the manager who failed to address that with him. In all the disagreement and the workers angst he didn’t complete my order correctly and left out an item. Unfortunately it took me getting home before I realized my order was incorrect. But props to management for almost everything being handled right…some workers just have to grow and learn to take constructive criticism and feedback less personal and actually learn from it."
