"My wife ordered the waitress's recommendation, which was the chef's special consisting of shrimp, red snapper, and lobster. However, when the food arrived, her plate only had shrimp and red snapper, missing the lobster. When we inquired about the missing lobster, the waitress informed us that they had run out. My wife expressed her disappointment at not being informed earlier, especially considering the high price of $36.00 for just shrimp and snapper. Later, the chef/owner came to our table and when informed of the issue, he dismissively stated that it didn't matter as they had sold out of lobster the day before. This response upset my wife, who felt it was misleading to advertise something they no longer had. The chef then loudly instructed the waitress to remove the seafood from our bill, despite my wife's offer to pay for it. We were then handed the check without being offered dessert, as it was my birthday dinner. The overall treatment we received was disrespectful and unwelcoming, and I have never experienced such poor service in any restaurant before. Additionally, my own dish of gnocchi with bolognese sauce was disappointing as the gnocchi was cold and the sauce was overly spicy with chunks of sausage. However, no one checked in on how my meal was."
