"We shared a bottle of Ruffino Chianti Classico 2012 DOCG which was excellent. Spouse had the Rainbow Trout with Hazelnut breading with citrus reduction and grilled vegetables which she really enjoyed. I had the 8 oz ribeye filet with sauce robert and asparagus and wasabi gouda mash. The steak was cooked correctly. The mash was cool and the asparagus was loaded with what looked like sea salt. So mine was disappointing. We have eaten here before for lunch ourselves and we brought a large group for lunch as well and there were no issues then. Looks like we will not be frequenting this restaurant for dinners."

"Decided to come here after an exhausting 14 hour long day. I was alone and decided to sit at the bar. Decided on Ordering the tri-tip with mashed potatoes, and green beans. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. However forgot to take pictures of the meal but highlyrecommended aside from that from the second I got here the bartender “Ramtin” working behind the counter was one of the mostgenuine and insanely hard-working bartenders I’ve ever seen. He did not stop for one second and if you needed something heimmediately finished his present drink/food order and would be over the second right after to help you out. Once ordering myfood it was no longer than 15 mins and had my food. (Now soon to be pizookie) ???????? As I’m typing this I still have notseen this guy take literally a second of a break. Kudos to Ramtin and BJ’s if you see this give this guy a Promotion!"

"Awesome Pizza. I know this place is more famous for it's brew, but I'm not a drinker. I'm an eater! So we tried one of their deep dish pizza's called the BJ's Favorite. It has everything, oven-baked meatballs, pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, green peppers, black olives, white onions and seasoned tomatoes. I love deep dish pizzas and this ranks with the best. The combination of meats with vegetables is just right, and has so much flavor. The crust is soft, but has a great texture to it. This is one filling pizza! The service was great from start to finish, and the atmosphere was great. The place has the feel of an upscale sports bar, but is not out of control with the TV's. Looking forward to dining there again."

"First my Open Table reservation was cancelled 2 hours before our lunch. I remade the reservation and when I asked them about it in the store they said sometimes our computer just cancels reservations . What??? That 's crazy. The Jambalaya was terrible. No flavor. There was 6 of us and they sat us at a table with 6 place settings but in reality it would sit 4 comfortably. It wasn 't crowded so there was no reason to sit us at such a small table. About 10 minutes into the meal, we told them about our problem with lack of room and they said they would address it. This took forever. In the meantime, we were spilling water, making a mess and moving everything around every time a drink or plate arrived. Finally we cleaned a nearby table ourselves and pulled it over so we could have more room. I will not return. Also our waitress thought she was cute with her snide comments which were actually bordering on rude."

"Just received take out... menu description..wild boar and ground beef meatloaf and fries smothered in a rich creamy mushroom sauce received overdone dry small pieces with burnt French fries in a sauce that was watery with oil floating on top minus mushroom also ordered 14 dry Cajun Buffalo bites they managed to cram all 14 into a half quart takeout bowl so they were all smashed together and just awful super bummed as I like to support local but won't go back the one star was for the side of blue cheese ...oh and they forgot the celery as described in menu"

"Truthfully, our experience at this restaurant was quite frustrating. We waited for 45 minutes for our table (which we understood, as we were a large group), but then waited another 20 minutes for someone to come take our drink orders. It took 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and then another hour for our food orders to be taken and served. We didn't receive refills on our drinks, some items we ordered were missing, and overall we were disappointed. We are fans of BJ's, but on a quiet Tuesday night, we were extremely frustrated with the lack of attention and awareness from our servers, as well as the amount of time we spent waiting."

"My number 1 Favorite Pl. to go! It’s always a sure thing the tuna bistro is my favorite appetizer, and they make a lobster and crab risotto to die for! You get every dimes worth in the proportions of perfect to pricing ! My tuna bistro appetizer, can even be just a meal! Great service! This my number one restaurant. I recommend all the time ! Also with Harbor House. Different but just the same quality food everything . It’s like having twins. Really different but owned by the same owner. So I guess I have 2 number one spots by the same “father owner” fantastic cuisine, service, ingenuity, amazing mixology for specialty drinks !"

"Waited almost 30 minutes for our table when we had a reservation. There are enough people working, but seems very disorganized. Saw lots of tables with no food and kitchen had orders up just waiting. Take out line waited just as long. When we were finally seated, food came out within 15 minutes so not sure why there was such a wait. Burgers are decent, but nothing outstanding. Prices are a bit high. Wouldn't recommend coming here. Lots of other places to go that are better."

"I really regret choosing carryout. If there's a mistake with your order, it's likely to happen when you're already miles away and probably less inclined to voice your complaint, especially since you've already tipped. What I received was nowhere near a real deep-dish pizza—it's not even close. It's concerning that the chef thought it was acceptable to serve this. I've begun to understand why delivery and drive-thru orders often end up like this. If I had been served this in the restaurant, I would have sent it back and expected an apology for wasting my time. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for takeout deep-dish pizza."

"We went here for dinner as we wanted pizza. It was amazing. If I could give it a 6 I would. The store was very quiet, clean and a beautiful atmosphere. The service was great and they were very fast to deliver our food. The prices where fairly priced and the food was great. If you are looking for a taste of Italy, then this place is the place : I ordered the meatballs and spaghetti and my partner ordered the pepperoni pizza. The food was absolutely delicious and was hot. The flavours tasted so fresh and it was a great treat. The service was great. The lady served us with a smile and we loved it. It’s situated on a busy noisey street but you could not hear the noise from instead. They played soothing music that just lit up the experience. Loved it. Will be back again."

"Mother was in the mood for a whole fish, typed on my phone what was close by. Found the gem Sea Bar in Great Neck. She has the whole bronzino grilled boneless with grilled vegetables. She said it was fresh, flavorful enjoyed every last bite! I had the grilled chicken sandwich with fries. Everything on my plate was hot fresh, chicken was juicy flavorful, fresh fries lightly salted. Now on to me being mind blown with the hummus OMG, I've never had it (hummus) in my life, wow! It was bursting with flavor with nice warm grilled pita chip's. Mother said we are definitely returning here to try the sole! Staff is attentive informative, friendly! My waitress was awesome! Keep up the wonderful work! Definitely recommend to any all!!! "I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at this particular BJ's. Our server, Dylan, was friendly, attentive, professional, and efficient. He made me feel as though I were dining in Dallas or New York, where top-notch service is the norm. The food and cocktails were excellent, and, as always, the dessert was fantastic and delicious. I will definitely return and request Dylan as my server. I highly recommend you do the same; he would make an excellent trainer for fellow servers, as he truly understands standard operating procedures and customer loyalty. Enjoy!"

"Does anyone else think it has worsened since the quality of restaurants? they would think that businesses with fewer customers would have a bigger opportunity to focus on the service. this visit in bj’s (one of my favorite restaurants) was terrible place, same atmosphere (all good) and the service was ok (the orphan did a nice work, no complaining) but eating oy vey! the deep plate pizza was 90% brot and only a thin layer of beats, the chicken wings were more like mcnuggets (more than half was hush welpen art brot,) and the wobble rings tasted literally as if they were fried in the same oil as their fish. the manager was nice about it and compensated us for it, but seeing his really disappointing, one of my favorite activities (outgoing) in such depths of disappointment. due to my recent visit, I cannot recommend this restaurant."

"I stopped by for dinner tonight and chose to sit at the high-top tables. We were warmly welcomed by a fantastic waitress named Jessica. She was outstanding and offered us the opportunity to enjoy our appetizer at our own pace, promising to take our dinner order after we finished that course. We decided to share the Philly Cheese Steak since we weren't extremely hungry. Jessica was so thoughtful that she divided it onto two plates for our convenience. Throughout the evening, she kept a close eye on us, making our outing very enjoyable. We even chatted about Lightning hockey and Buccaneers football before we left. Jessica is a wonderful waitress, and the food was excellent as well. Kudos to her and the kitchen! We’ll definitely return on our next trip to the mall, and we’ll be sure to request her again. "I seated myself at the bar for some appetizers and dinner. I ordered two drinks and an appetizer, and midway through, I decided to add a Philly sandwich and tacos to my order. About half an hour later, another couple sat down next to us and placed their order. They received their dinner quickly, while we waited an additional 20 minutes without our meals. After about an hour, I requested the check, and the manager came over with a simple "Sorry." He didn’t offer to discount anything from my bill, which included two drinks and an appetizer. I felt he could have done more than just apologize. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this restaurant, even though I used to enjoy dining here."

"I recently had an amazing experience at a 5-star restaurant, and it was the best service I have ever received. The drinks were a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. The service was excellent and the food prices were reasonable. They have a wide selection of dishes, from pizzas to salads, allowing for a healthy eating option. "Feast Buffet at Red Rock Resort was still closed so I came to BJ's instead. I've always love the vibe AND the food here. The cute waiters are a big plus! The lunch special mina-pizza and salad nailed it! Most of the time, pizza is made to be shared with friends and loved ones. But for lunch, you might want a personal portion, BJ's offers a mini one-topping deep dish pizza perfect for keeping to myself! I opted for the pepperoni and wasn't disappointed! Chewy but light crust! Tons of imported cheese and meaty pepperoni! SCRUMPTIOUS! Who wouldn't love that! The side salad pushed things over the edge! Fresh field greens and toothsome crisp veggies topped with a tangy Caesar dressing! Ill definitely be back!"
