"I made a reservation at Red Barber through OpenTable. Upon arriving, we followed the hotel signage to the rooftop, where there were people but it wasn't crowded. We found a place to sit since the table with the fire pit that I had reserved was taken. When I went to the bar to check in for our reservation, I was informed that Red Barber is no longer operating as a bar; it has transformed into a private event space. The staff member mentioned that we could go down to the lobby bar to purchase drinks and bring them back, but there would be no food or drink service available upstairs. We decided to leave and find another location. The bartender was very friendly and visibly frustrated that OpenTable allowed me to make a reservation. Clearly, the system needs to be updated."
