"I visited a small food stand at the Westville Music Bowl that featured a variety of vegan options. The staff member was knowledgeable about vegan cuisine, which was refreshing since it was the only food truck at the event offering vegan choices, while the others served grilled cheese and Bear Smokehouse BBQ. I was particularly impressed with their pita and shata sauce, which is made with habaneros and has an incredible kick! You can order a pita, wrap, or bowl. We opted for the falafel bowl, loaded with all the vegan toppings, including tahini and shata. The toppings included hummus, pickles, fried cauliflower, and fattoush, among others. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal!"
