"My wife and I ordered takeout yesterday from the Reedley location. Even though we called it in about 45 minutes from when we picked it up (we were given a 20 minute time frame), it still wasn't ready. It was actually cold when we got it so that was frustrating as well. The people in front of us in line were very much angry with the staff as they were definitely short changed. The amount they paid and what they got in return was crazy. When we got our food home, there were no vegetables on the spicy chicken and no salad for anyone. We had four different meals bought but I have to say, it's not a good look. Kabab City is one of our favorite restaurants and we love going there. We have even done catering before but for what we just paid, it's pretty terrible. $80 for what?? I'm not the type to complain publicly but something needs to be done with this location. As it stands right now, we don't plan on going back. (P.S.-I was told the manager would call me to take care of this and of course, no call has been made). So, I felt the need to write this to warn others. It seems as if they don't try to make things right and are unapologetic for their carelessness."
