"The hours here are some of the strangest I’ve encountered in this town, known for its unusual business hours. It's clear that this place relies on student employees without saying it outright. In most parts of America, juice smoothie shops open at 6 AM every day, but not in Albuquerque. Here, it’s a challenge just to get someone to show up for work, let alone adhere to reasonable operating hours. It's pretty amusing!"
