"I'll start by saying my daughter and I were sat at a table where there was a horrendous smell of urine. When we left, they at least had the smarts to leave Table 22 vacant.I wanted a table for 2 people. I gave my name and cell number to get a text. I was told it would be a 25 minute wait, but it was more like 5 minutes. When I was providing my information, I saw an elderly male walking out with a walker and his pants were wet around his waist. I felt sorry for him on the inside. I never thought in a million years I would be seated where he probably just sat. I'm not saying that happened, but there was a horrific smell at Table 22. I didn't notice it immediately as I had my mask on. After placing my food order and getting my drink, I took my mask off. Oh my goodness, that urine smell hit me like a ton of bricks. My server was very apologetic. One of the managers not so much. I was told other people in the restaurant told them of the smell. So why in the world would you seat someone there. I was told they saw no liquid. I don't care; it could have dried up depending on how long the guests sat at the table. I did complete a form on the incident. Since it was 7 PM and my daughter was really hungry, we sat at another table to eat our food. My meal was overcooked probably because it sat long waiting. Another manager offered a replacement but I was ready to go. They did take off about 20% from the bill. I basically gave that to the server as he was really nice. Since the food wasn't that great, I more than likely won't go back ever again. I already told a friend about my experience. She will never go."

"This neighborhood staple has been around since the 70's. It started out in a small no non sense building with a just a couple of tables to sit at. They were mainly used for patrons to sit at while they waited for their pickup orders. Their reputation for preparing great food and friendly service had proceed them and had people returning over and over again. Which has lead to what the restaurant has become to today. It's reputation is 10 to non. It's now a great place to meet up with friends or family to enjoy conversations while enjoying great food with a friendly professional staff. It's not like some other Italian restaurants were is dimly lit and conversation is low key. It's vibrant inside and has a great atmosphere. It's always humming. We were greeted promptly by the hostess, who was a young man and were seated right away. Their attention to detail and urgency to get one seated as soon possible was much greatly appreciated. He also asked us what we wanted to drink. We were handed menus to look at. I must say this. They have the most enticing menu with a wide variety of menu options to choose from. From Chicken Parmigiano to Baked White fish to Salads or pizza., burgers or Reubens. After looking over the menu I decided to go with I remembered as a kid. I order a pizza, as this was one of their stables and one that helped build the restaurant from the early days. They had always been known for their pizza and fish. Neither one, I remembered as kid, ever disappointed us as we had both every Friday. (See the below picture) Dad decided to have the Antipasto salad with their homemade house dressing. Within no time, as we sat talking, the food had arrived to us. Hot and both dishes looking delicious. The cheese bubbling on the pizza and the crust just crispy enough. The salad loaded with all it's toppings. We dug in to enjoy our meals. It brought back memories. The pizza with its traditional pepperoni and zesty sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese..hmmm it looked yummy and it was as I remember as a kid. On the other side, the Antipasto salad had large slices of salami and ham and cheese. Dad had ordered a small and it really could had feed two people. As we sat and enjoyed our meal I looked around the restaurant and seen nothing but happy people enjoying their meals and conversation and time together. That was a testament to Frienzes reputation as a great restaurant that I high recommend coming too. "I've only visited this restaurant twice for takeout, but I'm looking forward to dining in soon. The food is exceptional, and the customer service is outstanding! Both times, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Nick is especially great! I had their seafood linguine, which is the best I've ever tasted, and the portion was very generous. The moussaka was also fantastic—I had it in Greece, and this version completely lived up to my expectations! Each entrée comes with a fresh, crisp salad. The calamari is fresh and delicious, and the steak and cheese sandwich was tasty with perfectly crispy fries. As for desserts, the cheesecake and baklava are delightful! I can’t wait to try the tiramisu on my next visit. Dalia's is definitely a place I'll want to return to again and again!"

"Five friends who hadn't seen each other in a while got together for dinner. Our server Kelly was very patient and friendly. The dining room was quite busy as it was a school's homecoming. We enjoyed the mozzarella as an appetizer and four people enjoyed the Chicken Parmigan. The portions were so big that we had leftovers!"

"I was super excited about this dining in an alpenglobe experience but was nervous because of some of the bad reviews. We had a great experience! We got seated right on time, the globe was clean, there were no flies anywhere, and the heaters worked great! The food was super good, and the hot chocolates were so cute and delicious! Our waitress, Ty, was the nicest person ever! She was perfectly attentive, gave good recommendations on the food, and had suggestions to get the most food for our money. Like instead of 4 kids pizzas and garlic bread appetizer, we got a large pizza and a garlic pizza appetizer. She also suggested my husband do 1/2 1/2 marinara and Alfredo because he was torn between the two. The dinner salad was really good with fresh greens, cucumbers, and tomatoes. The lasagna is great and different than any lasagna I?ve ever had. It has bell peppers in it, and nice flavor profile with spices and herbs. We had a great time!"

"For starters, we ordered the Crispy Calamari, which can also be prepared in a Fra Diavolo or grilled style. For our main courses, we chose the Fedelini Clams and Rigatoni Vodka. The calamari was excellent, and while the Rigatoni was good, the Fedelini fell short of what one would expect from such an establishment. It was rather bland, lacking the expected garlic flavor and completely missing parsley. For dessert, we indulged in the Tiramisu, which was delightful, striking a perfect balance of creamy mascarpone cheese with just the right amount of espresso. Although we had high expectations for the food, this visit did not quite meet them. However, the dessert was impressive and we enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the restaurant, so we plan to return to explore more dishes from their extensive menu."

"My wife and I were here a few months ago and decided to return. This was our second visit since a flood devastated the building. We began with a pitcher of Sangria and ordered Chicken with mushrooms and Shrimp stuffed with crab meat. Both entrees were delicious. A salad was served with the meal. The dining room gets quite noisy, but it's worth the noise to enjoy truly outstanding food."

I understand the inconvenience of offering separate checks I have been a server for 30 years. However having one check with not even a seat number listed and things just randomly thrown all over it made it incredibly hard for us to search. I do understand the inconvenience but at the end of the day it is the customer that suffers and because of this I can’t ever say we would ever come back and that’s too bad. I haven’t seen a system that won’t organize things by seat number I highly suggest you figure it out. It would’ve been the perfect spot I would’ve given rave reviews and the server was good but again maybe could’ve helped in the organization process because I have to say I wouldn’t recommend again and that’s too bad really too bad."

"I just called to share an experience with this location . The guy answered the phone, I ask for a manager and h said go ahead. Insinuating he was the manager. I then said what was your name again? He said ?I am not going to give you my name.? Wow ok. I then ask for the owners name. He says I am definitely not giving you that. So I hung up. I never had a chance to tell him what happened because I could not get over the lack of competency and lack of respect for the customer. I new exactly at that moment why we had a bad experience and that he could care less. He had no idea if what I had called for was good or bad. We drove from Lowell and will NEVER again."

"I love Schlotzsky's but there's not one where I live, so I try to plan a stop if there's a store close to where I'm going to be. The girl/woman at the window wasn't very friendly. Tried joking around with her and she seemed to be very annoyed. Maybe she was having a bad day? My order of an original was great, as always. I ordered a Cinnabon but they didn't have any due to the food shortage. Will I ever go back to this store again? You bet cha!!! And any other store that finds its way to my path, lol."

"A large menu with a good mix of Mediterranean and Italian food. The corn and crab bisque is great with lots of crabmeat and an almost seafood boil hint of flavor. We also had the gumbo, French onion soup, pizza chicken marsala, crawfish fettuccine, and andouille mac and cheese. The portions are large and the prices are reasonable. The wait staff the night we visited was young and eager but a little inexperienced."

"This was my first visit to this sandwich shop. They had a T-Mobile Tuesdays promotion that offered a deal on the sandwiches. The selection of sandwiches was quite decent, and the staff was friendly. I ordered the small Avocado Turkey Sandwich for $8 and a bag of chips for $2. After using a voucher, I ended up spending about $4. The sandwich was roasted to perfection, and everything tasted great. "We reserved a party table for my sons 3rd birthday. Pizza was fine but over 50% of the games were broken with out of order signs on them, 25% took your token and only partially worked and the others were locked down by teens and older men trying toget as many tickets as possible. The front counter was weird about limiting cups and didn't give us cups for water even thoughwe had 15+ people in the party. We will not be coming back."

"I had an absolutely delicious meal at this restaurant. My only issue was that the back patio was closed when I visited. We chose Angelo’s primarily because all the listings indicated there was patio seating. Unfortunately, there were only 2-3 tables in the front, which overlooks the bustling 6th Street. I genuinely enjoyed the food, but due to rising COVID cases and a desire to prioritize safety, I would only consider dining here again if more outdoor seating options are available."
