"We had a disappointing experience with the food from this restaurant. We ordered four pizzas, including a Margherita, and I can't believe that particular pizza was actually sold to someone. I wish I had taken a picture to show you. It had a crust with just a thin layer of sauce, barely any mozzarella, and dried-up basil. I've seen many positive reviews, so perhaps we just had a bad experience, but the pizza was really not good. On a positive note, the crust was decent, and the person who took our order over the phone was very polite."

"I enjoyed a 16-inch Meat Lovers pizza today, and I must say, my experience was delightful from start to finish. Upon entering, I was greeted by a very polite staff who kindly answered my questions about the menu. After browsing, I settled on the pizza. The cook even came over to check which order was mine, ensuring my pizza wouldn’t get overlooked among the numerous incoming orders. I appreciated this attentiveness! I enjoyed some pizza there and was given a box to take the leftovers home. My mom also loved it when I shared the rest with her. Because I have a bad wrist, another team member offered to help me close the pizza box so nothing would spill out. Overall, everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly, making for a wonderful experience. Thank you for making my day special—I truly felt cared for and appreciated!"

"I placed my first ever order through slice for this pizza place. We made our order which included a large vegetarian pizza which listed it's ingredients as follows mushrooms, tomato's, green pepper, onion and olives. I add Italian sausage and I place our order thinking I knew exactly what kind of pizza I'm getting. The pizza gets here and it's loaded with banana peppers. There is absolutely no mention of it in the app menu or online menu. I absolutely detest banana peppers so I contact the store. I speak to the manager who is not listening to anything I am saying. I ask for her to listen as she isn't hearing what I'm saying and she proceeds to hang up on me. I call back asking for the owners number as I wasn't being rude and wanted to know how they could fix the pizza. She proceeds to yell at me and say she doesn't need customers like me who just make trouble. If me saying they did not deliver on their own menu items is trouble then they should not be in business. She refused to give me the owners number and hung up on me again. To say I am livid to be treated with absolute disrespect is an understatement. To be treated so abhorrently is unacceptable. spending our money at a place to turn around treat me like that is disgusting. I've never ordered from them before and I will never again. I will warn anyone else from spending their money at this establishment. Absolutely disgusting customer service, your treated like trash and talked to like your the problem."

"This is a top-notch, laid-back breakfast spot. The breakfast offerings feature classic diner favorites that are expertly prepared, with generous portions and affordable prices. "I want to start by saying Naps is usually first-class food, but this time it was sub par. All we ordered was a big mouthburger with extra patties and a cheese pizza. We got the food and thought that there was already a problem with the big mouth, how tho we had ordered extra meat and it came only with 2 additional pattens (4 normally come, we got clarification, but it just got worse). After eating my pizza from the box it was not where close hot, probably closer to Raumtemp. Then when it came to the big mouth burgers, it was still pink in stains and one could pull the uncooked out of the boiled (at that time, that has never happened when we ordered). We have been ordering since February this year, and this is the first time that we are really disappointed."

"The fries were fantastic—crispy, hot, and they’d pair well with a variety of condiments. They were lightly coated with something, so vegetarians or vegans might want to ask about that. The pizza didn’t skimp on the pepperoni or cheese, and the pepperoni blended well without standing out as if it had been added late. The cheese reached almost to the edge of the pizza, which I really like. It had a nice crispy crust and a great cheese pull. Delicious! Their pizzas aren’t bursting with spicy or zesty flavors, nor do they have fresh Italian notes. This isn’t gourmet pizza; it’s the kind that families—kids and adults alike—can enjoy together. Mario's offers straightforward, speedy pizza that hits the spot. It’s hard to find a place that serves both good fries and good pizza, so this will definitely be my new go-to for takeout."

"Gyro pizzas are rare in the pizza world and so I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered them on the menu. The first time I ordered I specifically requested the feta be placed on the pizza when it came out of the oven. By doing so, the feta cheese melts on top of the mozzeral retaining its flavor instead of being buried under the mozzerella. Sadly, this was not done but the owner without any hesitation took my pizza back and the feta was added. The pizza had tasty cheese, ample gyro meat and the crust was cooked to a nice brown and was the perfect thickness. Last Friday, I had a large group over and again ordered a gyro pizza, but added a taco pizza and cheese pizza. All three were cooked to perfection and were very tasty. Unfortunately. we ordered 20 wings and they were small and tasted overcooked. The wing sauce was tasty though the prepackaged Ken's Blue Cheese was underwhelming.I would give 5 stars for the pizza and 1 star for the wings. I will add that the pizza has been excellent each time I have ordered and this has become my go to pizza place. Don't forget to order via the Slice App and save yourself a buck or so."

"My partner and I decided to have a movie night in and get takeout. We recently moved into the area and wanted to try something new! Excitedly, we called up this place, as it 's flyer was in our welcome package. When we ordered, the woman on the phone misheard my order. My partner and I got the order home to find that it was incorrect. We called back and the woman on the phone argued with me about what I said when I ordered. After a while of going back and forth and getting nowhere, I asked for her manager and she spews back I AM the manager. You can say what you need to say to me! I reiterated that I got the wrong order and she put a man on the phone. I told him what happened and he told us to come back to exchange the order, meanwhile reprimanding me You need to speak more clearly when ordering! We got to the shop and we told the lady at the window we were there to exchange an order. We had to wait an additional 10 mins for our food to come out. When we were leaving the establishment, the manager chased us down to my car, shouting You need to speak more clearly! It was a misunderstanding. You really need to speak more clearly! I had spoken very clearly over the phone, jsyk. The inside of the establishment wasn 't appealing to the eye and the chicken was dry. Homeless men catcalled me as I was walking with my partner to the car. We will NEVER be eating here again. If I could have given this no stars, I would have. 0/5 Stars"

"The subs here are incredibly delicious, made with homemade bread. They have fantastic combo deals that include a sub, fries, and a drink for just $9.99. The pizza and cinnamon sticks were also quite tasty. We had our order delivered to our hotel room, and it was hassle-free. The delivery driver was very friendly, too. "Ordered their wings and sub combo. Came with six wings and 8” sub. I chose lemon pepper seasoning and Italian cold cut sub. Wings came with blue cheese side. Also came with two canned beverages. "Our order arrived quickly, but the food was disappointing. I'm not sure if we just happened to visit on a bad night. I ordered a chicken steak sub, but the meat was undercooked—pink and chewy. I had to bake it myself to ensure it was fully cooked. Additionally, all the cheese was put on the bottom of the roll, which caused the meat to fall out every time I tried to pick it up. My partner ordered an Italian sub, and somehow, everything was placed upside down. I've never encountered that before! Unfortunately, our recent experiences have not been great. The chicken is consistently bland, no matter what dish we've chosen, and the pizza is just average. We've made a few attempts to give it a chance, but it’s just not for us."

I asked pacifically for the white sauce, not the tiger sauce but the white sauce he told them that when my husband brought my food home we did I didn’t have the sauce on it.
