"We have two children, one with special needs. As we waited for our meal, our son got excited when the food finally arrived. We were seated in a booth, and shortly after, two elderly couples sat behind us. Within five minutes, one of the men turned to my husband and reprimanded us for our son's movements, saying it was bothering him. I explained our son's condition and apologized, but he dismissively responded, "I know, I’m just saying," before turning away.
At that point, I asked my husband to take our son to the car. We asked the server to pack our food, paid, and left, feeling quite upset on the 30-minute drive home.
If you have a child with special needs, this might not be the best place to dine, as some guests may lack understanding. Sadly, my appetite was lost, and I don’t eat leftover pasta. This isn’t a criticism of Argento’s itself, but I wanted to share this experience for others with special needs family members who might feel uncomfortable in an environment that isn’t accommodating."
