But we were very disappointed and I was pretty angry to be turned away because we were told they ran out of rolls.after driving all the way up there. 2 rules I live by. "This restaurant offers the best food in the area. They serve the finest nachos in the Worcester district, and their Italian subs are fantastic! Their BLT is also a must-try—so delicious! The pizzas are great as well, particularly the TC Landos Special. The establishment has been in the Clinton location for over five years and the staff is incredibly friendly. If someone hasn't figured out that many businesses have been struggling over the past two years due to the challenges on the hill, they might need to take a closer look. The Clinton location even has a sign at the front door stating that they do not discriminate against customers, unlike some places that still do today. Restaurants like this deserve our support!"

"Our server, Kaycee, was incredibly friendly and offered excellent recommendations. I hadn't noticed the Seafood Ravioli special, and I'm so glad she pointed it out because it was absolutely divine. We began our meal with calamari, which was light, crispy, and bursting with flavor, complemented by a generous portion of delicious red sauce. We also tried the Sausage Chicken Capri, which is their most popular dish, and it truly was perfection. Mama D's has truly mastered their sauces! Now, about the shrimp ravioli with lobster cream sauce—it’s only available about 5 or 6 times a year, and it's so delicious that they keep a list of phone numbers to notify when it’s back on the menu! It may sound unusual for a pasta dish to have such a dedicated following, but I signed up immediately! It was unbelievable. While enjoying every bite, I felt a tinge of sympathy for those who are allergic to seafood or simply don’t eat shellfish—they’re missing out. I even considered licking the plate when I finished! Since my husband and I were sharing our dishes, Kaycee kindly offered to have the kitchen split the pastas onto separate plates for us at no extra charge, and she also packed up our leftovers at the end. Just amazing service! To top it all off, Mama D's treats you to warm mini chocolate chip cookies with the bill. What’s not to love about this place?! We found free street parking easily after 6 PM on a Friday night. We will definitely be returning and recommending it to others! Thank you for an incredible date night!"

"I never realized that a bacon cheeseburger would taste great on a bed of salad! The fries and pita bread are perfect! I get it with sweet and sour dressing. Fantastic Took a picture with my client outside in their outside seating area. This was out front. There is seating outside the back door of the building. Also a large dining room with no tv attached to their business. So if you don’t want to watch tv you can have a more quiet space to eat. Parking: Parking lot in back. On Friday and Saturday it can be fool during dinner hours. So you may have to park on the side street next to the business, Penn Ave. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Big doors in and out. Plenty of dining areas that accommodate those in wheelchairs."

"I recently tried a new restaurant near my son's house for lunch, but I was disappointed with both the service and the food. I ordered a Steak and Cheese sandwich, which is supposedly one of their specialties, but it was dry. When I asked for cheese to be added, they wanted to charge me extra. In my experience, a good steak and cheese sandwich is defined by the melted, gooey cheese and toppings, which were lacking here. The cheesy fries were tasty, but expensive. My son-in-law enjoyed his California Burrito, but the chicken tenders were overcooked and too tough for my grandson to eat. Overall, the food was overpriced and not worth it for me."

"Somehow wonderful. Kinda looked and felt sketch as we walked in, but I have to admit, I liked this place. Every booth has its own TV screen and controls, but we sat at the bar 'cuz that just seemed like good ambience. Our bar mistress was attentive and helpful. We watched World Cup highlights and enjoyed a shared plate of some sorta burrito, plus two or three ales. It just felt like a relaxing place to be after a long day of work and a lot of walking around downtown looking for a cold one."

"It 's simply just the best all around old school Italian restaurants I 've ever eaten at. The surprising thing is they have so many of 'the best. ' I 'm not even a fettuccine alfredo fan, but their white sauce made from scratch is truly exceptional. Their meat sauce is a whole other thing entirely. Truly out of this world. I recommend pairing it with the meat ravioli or, in my opinion, springs, but so good with all of their pastas. I don 't know how they make their pasta or what 's going on over there, but it falls under the category of Last Meal. Also, do yourself a favor and get either the antipasto salad or the Caesar, both with dressings that are made from scratch and also come with sourdough rolls that appear to be homemade as well. Their Pizza is sort of a New York style, but it 's more nuanced with depths of flavor that are hard to describe. It 's one of those places where the food has to be eaten fresh and it 's just not the same with leftovers which in my mind and in my world, is a plus because it means the focus is on fresh. If a restaurant is operating at the height of their game, the best version of their food is going to be when it comes to your table and NOT the next day. If it tastes better or the same the next day, to me that 's an indication of a problem. Lido is absolutely a standout and I 'm going to be a lifer for sure!"

"What a rip off. I just picked up 2 $17..00 Stromboli's and they barely contain any meat or cheese. They were supposed to be meat stromboli's, but all they are is dough with a pinch of meat and cheese. I didn't mind paying $17 for a meat Stromboli. "We order a lot from here for lunch at the office and have had a lot of issues. That we've waited almost two hours for our order to be delivered was probably the worst. The menu doesn't tell you what comes in the salads and when I asked something totally different came! Also, if you pay for an extra like spinach or another fresh ingredient listed on their website you are told they don't actually carry them and they offer you extra tomatoes or something equally as useless, which you don't actually get extra of. The fries are usually cold/old, and the orders are frequently wrong. I ordered a chicken parmesan sub one time and it was soggy processed chicken nuggets on a hard bun. Really gross. We still order from there because there aren't many places that will deliver to where we are on route 11. They'd lose our business quick if another business opens near us with the same kind of food."

"eating is a sweat. I wanted to taste this restaurant for several years. I finally decided to order over eats. there is a separate fee for the sauce on pasta 2-$3). who eats pasta without sauce? there is also a separate charge for protein 4-$5)... the first dish I ordered was pasta with pink sauce huh, for which I paid $4 extra. I asked for extra sauce without sauce. eating is not seasoned at all! the pink sauce was something completely different than any pink sauce I've ever tried closer to tasteless marinara. the hen was 6-8 tiny pieces of comminuted (as depicted). I can't....Ridiculous!.... the 2nd plate is a kind of tortellini that is completely different from what I ordered. this restaurant was beyond a disappointment. I don't think I've ever had so bad food in my life. I had to ask myself if this was even worth the calorie. if they want good Italian, order from broccolini. I've been used to their food quality, so spaghetto is completely mumbling. follow: the answer of the restaurant said my review was one. I have proof of the Eats document!"

"My husband and I have dined at this restaurant several times and have always had a great experience. In addition to their delicious pizzas, they offer a variety of other menu items to choose from. The service is prompt and the staff are friendly. The only downside was a salad I ordered that had advertised tomatoes, but only came with one slice that was halved and placed on the sides of the dish instead of mixed in. Nothing you have not heard of before, everything is done well, tastes great and servings are big enough for two meals.This is not your fancy trendy Italian, just damn good regular foods.
