I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, and spoke to a manager named Jarvis, who didn’t seem to know how to help and said I would need to talk to another manager. The second manager, Mari, was also unhelpful. I explained the problem again, but she said the only way to fix it was for me to come to the restaurant, which wasn't possible at the time. Since I couldn’t go there, she refused to resolve the issue.
This is unacceptable. I plan to contact someone from corporate regarding her dismissive attitude and her refusal to address the problem. I would have gladly swapped my meal with my husband’s if they had brought us a corrected order."
