"I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for many years and have consistently had wonderful experiences during almost every visit. I have brought vendors, family, and friends to Bistro 19 for over a decade. However, my recent visit was disappointing. The service was subpar and the food was not well-prepared. We both ordered the Bistro Salad, but it was overly saturated with dressing. While I mentioned this to the server (we had a reservation at 6:30 and paid the bill at 7:30), there was no offer to rectify the situation other than mentioning it to the person who prepared the salads. Unfortunately, the salads were still on the bill when we paid. Despite wanting to address the issue, we decided to let it go as we were celebrating a milestone in life. Something seems to have changed at Bistro 19 recently, and our celebration was definitely marred by the experience. Overall, the service and food were disappointing. Dine-in meal for dinner cost about $50-100 per person. Food received a rating of 2, service a rating of 2, and atmosphere a rating of 4."
