"The franchise has declined in quality, and some of the staff have been disrespectful on most of my visits. Aside from their service issues, the sandwiches are below average. For example, the chicken parm consists of what seems like a low-quality piece of chicken or something akin to chicken nuggets. The components—sauce, mozzarella, and bread—are also lacking. I would give them a rating of C, C, B-. They used to be competitive years and even decades ago, but it seems they've become complacent, relying solely on their brand name instead of maintaining quality. They need to better train their employees to avoid making disrespectful comments about customers in Spanish, especially since many Spanish speakers are aware of other cultures, including Asian and Black communities. I can't speak for other locations in Manhattan, but I won't return unless they improve their attitude and the quality of their food. Good luck."
