"I will update my review positively once management provides accurate information about their opening dates and hours. Is Renaldi's permanently closed or just temporarily? This long-standing neighborhood pizza place has offered high-quality pizza for decades. However, during my recent visits, I found the doors locked without any explanation. A couple of weeks ago, I arrived half an hour before closing only to find the place shut. I assumed they had closed early that night, as many local businesses have been doing recently. Today, Renaldi's was also locked up at 7 PM on a night when the Cubs were playing at home—typically a busy evening for pizza pubs in the area. It would be helpful if you could either update your business hours to show when you are truly open, or, if the restaurant has closed permanently, to post a sign on the door to inform customers. Thank you."

"I am unsure where our waitress was for most of the evening. We had to ask another waiter for the wine menu and were finished eating by 7:00. Despite this, our waitress did not return to our table until 7:15 when we asked for the check. It took until 7:30 for us to finally pay and leave, after we had to ask another waiter to handle our credit cards. This delay resulted in us being late to an event, as it took over 30 minutes just to settle the bill."

"I had a wonderful lunch at this restaurant. Firstly, the pizzas were outstanding—definitely a highlight of the meal. The empanadas were okay, but nothing to write home about; the pizzas were far superior. The staff was friendly during our interactions, but they didn’t seem to enjoy their work much. There was little communication among them, which made the atmosphere feel rather stiff and uncomfortable. Additionally, the lighting in the restaurant was quite poor, with flickering lights that were distracting. This might be the only time I dine in, as takeout or delivery seems like a better option. I will definitely return because the pizza is really good. I hope they can address these concerns to further enhance their customer experience and grow their clientele!"

The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the vibes are just great. We make it a point to stop here every time we pass through Baton Rouge, and it never disappoints!
