"I reached out to the female manager, who was polite and explained that, due to a computer issue during my last visit, they accidentally processed my order again. She confirmed that I was charged twice and assured me she would resolve the issue and get back to me. However, despite calling about seven times and leaving messages, I've yet to speak with a manager or receive any follow-up.
It has been almost a month now, and my money hasn't been refunded. I tried to be patient, understanding that it was their mistake, but it's clear that they have not taken any action to fix it. I will be sure to share my experience with others and let them know about this unresolved issue. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from this restaurant again, or any Belleria location for that matter."
