"The food was okay, but the service recovery was disappointing. When I placed a phone order for the first time, they only accepted cash, which was inconvenient. They forgot to include the butter for my bread, even though they said it would be added at the entrance. I was also told explicitly what I would receive, but I didn’t get the extra items I requested, like cheese and paprika, despite being promised them. When I called to address this, they suggested I go back to pick them up, but it’s across the city, and I have two little kids, so that’s not feasible for me. They offered me 10% off my next order, but that feels like a bad joke. Overall, the customer service recovery was terrible!"
