"I placed an order for an Apolo pizza to go, along with some creamy ravioli while I dined in. The ravioli was exceptional—rich and creamy with a delightful basil flavor that wasn't overpowering. The mushrooms soaked up the cream and basil essence, enhancing every bite. The ravioli was cooked to perfection, and the breadcrumbs on top added a perfect textural contrast to the soft pasta.
The Apolo pizza was fantastic as well. The crust had a soft center but was wonderfully crispy and buttery on the outside. The sauce was savory, not sweet, which I appreciated. The combination of fresh mozzarella and basil was excellent—clearly, I'm a fan of basil! 
Would I drive over an hour to eat here? Absolutely! Luckily for me, it's just a 10-minute drive from work, so I can enjoy more of his delicious pizza and pasta, even if it means raising my cholesterol a bit!"
