"good food, but the authentic Italian taste is missing. cannoli’s are made before the hand, making the crunchy dish soft. they took calamari from the menu. the white pizza was missing the sort of cheese and teig underneath was a little uncooked. sauce was a bit brownish. bottom line is if they are not Italian from a traditional family they will enjoy it."

"So I lived closer to Miller Park for more than 22 years and now that we live in Greenfield, I've been searching for a new go-to pizza place. I think I've found it at Klasiana, I love their dough and their sauce. We've had stuffed crust and their pan style, both were great in their own right. If you are dining in, no worries I rated them based on the size of their space which is not big, but it's clean and quaint and nothing to take issue with. The service I've received has been excellent, this is definitely a place of integrity that one can rely on. So if you are searching for a new pizza place, I would give Klasiana Pizza a chance as it just might end up being your go-to spot!"

"We decided to try this place while camping in the area. We chose this restaurant based on reviews. It?s obvious that the employees are empowered to take care of the customers. Our food came out later than expected but we were not bothered. The employees obviously realized it was later than it should have been and they went above and beyond to make sure our food and experience were both great. We wanted to share kudos because that doesn?t really happen anywhere anymore. Great job! I?m sure will be back when we return to the area!"

"I placed an order for an Apolo pizza to go, along with some creamy ravioli while I dined in. The ravioli was exceptional—rich and creamy with a delightful basil flavor that wasn't overpowering. The mushrooms soaked up the cream and basil essence, enhancing every bite. The ravioli was cooked to perfection, and the breadcrumbs on top added a perfect textural contrast to the soft pasta. The Apolo pizza was fantastic as well. The crust had a soft center but was wonderfully crispy and buttery on the outside. The sauce was savory, not sweet, which I appreciated. The combination of fresh mozzarella and basil was excellent—clearly, I'm a fan of basil! Would I drive over an hour to eat here? Absolutely! Luckily for me, it's just a 10-minute drive from work, so I can enjoy more of his delicious pizza and pasta, even if it means raising my cholesterol a bit!"

"First time having dine in at this location. I’ve had the Washington locations pizza a few times in the past and it was excellent. Had a large pepperoni pizza, two orders of breadsticks with cheese, and the salad bar. The breadsticks came out pretty quickly and were well seasoned and really good. The cheese was good as well. We did not receive our salad bowls until we had to ask for them just prior to our pizza coming out. The salad bar was alright but a lot of the items were empty or near empty. They use Mullins French dressing which is a plus. Unfortunately, I can’t give more than two stars due to the pizza. The dough was over proofed resulting in a flat and spongy texture. The dough was still raw in portions as well as the pizza being very greasy. We were only able to eat 4 pieces before we threw in the towel. I came in expecting great pizza but left disappointed."

"Rude staff? Clueless about what their d Unfriendly atmosphere? Unreliable food? This and a few other less important points, makes this location at the lowest of the lowest? We used to loved The Loop? now is like Bruno from the movie encantó? we don?t even mentioned the name loop probably for the last two full years. It?s clear the lack of management committed to provide us The Costumer, a great experience with both costumer service and food quality. The lack of this both critical attitudes makes this place a big fat ugly joke? Employees with this kind of wrong attitudes to costumers should be fired on the spot, no questions ask. I?ll give them 6 months. Shame on the owners Zero stars if possible"

"Pizza on Staten Island is truly a passion. It's surprisingly easy to ruin such a simple dish—burn it, not pay attention, and so on. However, these guys nail it every time. I ordered a half bacon and half pepperoni pizza tonight, and it was cooked to perfection. They estimated a 45-minute delivery time but surprised me by arriving in just 30 minutes. The pizza was neither overcooked nor undercooked—just spot on. And they maintain this level of quality consistently."
