"I had a disappointing experience during my last visit, but my wife convinced me to give it another try. I wasn't very hungry, so I ordered the three meatball appetizer. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was cold, so I sent it back. The second batch also came out cold, and I sent it back again. When the third serving arrived, it was still cold. The server kindly offered to take it off our bill, but I suggested that all she needed to do was heat the meatballs in the pizza oven until they were warm and toasty. She assured me she would do that. However, when my meatballs came back, they were new but still cold. I’ve decided I won’t be returning!"
