"I'm not sure if it's this place or my mood, but I just can't give this place three stars. The food wasn't terrible but it was good either.The roasted brussels sprouts (appetizer) were less than good. They tasted as if they were boiled and then lightly roasted which resulted in a mushy bite that felt like the brussels sprouts of old, not the new fangled ones you'd order for an appetizer.I got the Garrison burger which I wanted to be delicious but was sadly disappointed. I'm pretty sure I've gotten a better burger at Applebees. The patty was thin and forgettable. The bun (a housemade milk bun) was a little dry, a regular potato bun would've been better. The fries were well seasoned and crispy the star of the plate. The garlic aioli served on the side was pretty tasty as well. In the end, I paid $45 for mediocre food, a weak drink, and an unairconditioned dining experience. Next time, I'll go to Applebees."

"We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. When we picked up our pizza last night, the employee at the window, who wore glasses, seemed barely awake and struggled to take our order correctly. He repeatedly came back to ask for our name, which was incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, we discovered this morning that our card had been overcharged at the restaurant. Someone added a $10 tip to our order without our consent! We did not authorize that tip. The staff was disappointing and unprofessional. I called the restaurant today, and the "manager" promised to refund the $10 and to speak with the employee who might have mixed up the tickets. But how can someone confuse a ticket with a personal tip? It feels like we were robbed. We're extremely disappointed!"

"I dined early on Sunday evening with my niece because she wanted pizza. The restaurant was nearly empty, with just one other table occupied. We were seated in a booth right next to the hostess stand, which made it a bit cramped for me to get into the booth. The waitress greeted us and then handed me a dirty menu covered in food stains on both the cover and inside. After placing our order, I started to look around and noticed food stuck to the light fixture above our table, as well as a significant amount of dust everywhere around us. I was so disgusted that I couldn't bring myself to eat the food I ordered, so I asked for a box and took the leftovers home for my dog."

"This pizza hut location has basically stolen from me at this point. Ordered from this location on 11/17.. that 's 2 weeks ago. Places the order online.. the be picked up at 12:30. I had my parents pick up the order. When they got there, they were told that they didn 't have an order for my name or phone number or an order placed for 12:30. They called me... And we verified the location.. time and order. All was correct on my side. Order was paid for with a card online. They continued to tell us that they couldn 't do anything about it.. and that there was no number we could contact for either get a refund or credit. I found a number myself and have had multiple conversations with people that end with someone will contact you within 1-3 days . No one has still to this date. Out nearly $50 because of an issue on their part. Some of the worst customer service I 've had in my life... In store AND online. It 's all such a shame too because myself and my family have been coming here since I was a child.. Pizza Hut will never get my business again."

"In previous visits, the servers would ask if we wanted appetizers, but this time, the server simply took our order and then vanished. She only checked in once during our meal, and that was before I had a chance to ask her anything. I had to go to the server station to get someone’s attention, and then the manager came over after the chef went to fetch her. I explained to the manager that our server had left so quickly that I didn't get a chance to order dessert. The manager seemed dismissive and suggested we take our dessert to go, mentioning she would be sure to pack it up. I thought it would have been better if they had asked us about our dessert preferences before bringing our food to the table. When I mentioned to the manager that our experience was not very good, she simply asked, “What can I do?” I was expecting a more genuine response, like an apology or a question about how to improve our experience. It seemed clear from her body language and tone that Pizza Hut does not value our patronage. I requested crates for our leftover food and the bill so we could leave as soon as possible."

"I ordered a pizza for takeout and brought it back to my hotel, only to discover it had no sauce. I called the restaurant and spoke with a manager named Carolyn, who offered to remake the pizza and deliver it to me. After over an hour, there was still no pizza. I called back and spoke with another manager, Cassandra, who informed me that the first manager had my phone number and hotel information wrong, despite my correct details being attached to the original order. Cassandra kindly offered to remake the pizza and send it to the right place. Unfortunately, it has now been an hour and 45 minutes, and I've just received the second pizza—once again, with no sauce. This has been a frustrating experience and a waste of money."

"I have good and bad things to say about this Pizza Hut. We went in seated ourselves after she took our beverage order. I let her know that my bill was seperate from the other two individuals I was with. They ordered a Large Pepperoni Lover's Pizza I ordered a Meat Lover's Melt and a Brownie. I requested that the Brownie was to go. Well, they got there pizza and a few minutes later I got my melt..but it was the Pepperoni Lover's Melt. By the time I actually got what I ordered I simply requested it to go with the brownie. We left and I then looked at the Brownie it was not cut. Unfortunately, it was a very pleasant experience for the two that ordered Pepperoni Pizza. But I was extremely hungry when I went in and when I left. The melt was two hot to eat in the car. So I was going to try the Brownie but it was in one whole peice. No tip for them. I could understand this if they were really busy. But mistakes like this when they are steady said I just was not a valued customer. I will say that the Meat Lover's Melt met my every expection...Yummy Pizza Hut. But the service was not worth the money I spent to dine in only to take it home and of course cut it myself. Glad I was not staying in a hotel..."

"However, everything changed for the better when a young lady named Shelby came to our table. She introduced herself while bringing out our pizza and wings, making sure we had everything we needed. The pizza was perfectly cooked, and the garlic Parmesan wings were delicious. Throughout our meal, she was busy waiting on two other tables, handling to-go orders, and cleaning the restaurant—all with a smile and a cheerful demeanor. When it came time to pay, we discovered that Shelby is only 16 years old. Wow! Extremely impressive! Her work ethic and personality are sure to lead her to success. Shelby truly turned our disappointing first impression into a wonderful one. Additionally, from our booth, we could see the kitchen staff working diligently to prepare our food exactly as we liked it. Lastly, I want to note that the ladies' room was very clean."

"Make sure my order is complete and then help resolve my issue. I was missing my family order of cheese Breadsticks. When I called to try to get it fixed, I waited a few minutes for an associate to answer. After someone answered and I explained the situation, I was then put on hold for 10-plus minutes. I thought I would call back in case my call was forgotten, but this time no one picked up the phone and I was holding for 5-plus minutes. I just gave up after that."

"I drove up to pizza hut in smithfield nc today around 6:25pm. Got out only to find door locked. According to nc fire code doors are to be unlocked during business hours. So i decided to go to drive thru and was told i had to order by phone. If they were busy i can understand but no one in line and a couple inside i couldnt understand. "I started using the Pizza Hut app on my phone to avoid placing orders over the phone. It seemed to work well until I tried to use my rewards points for free cheese sticks. Unfortunately, the app wouldn’t allow me to add my reward to my order. I kept receiving a message saying something like, “Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later.” I thought the issue might be that I added the reward after completing the rest of my order in the cart, so I cleared my cart, closed and reopened the app, and tried to add the reward first. However, I was unable to add anything else to the cart and received a message stating, “Your cart will be emptied! Proceed?” with options for YES or NO. Do rewards items have to be ordered separately? If that’s the case, why does the button on the rewards list say “Add to cart”? This whole experience left me pretty frustrated. It feels like the rewards system was designed to make the redemption process unnecessarily complicated or just plain ineffective."

"I ordered a medium Supreme pizza without sausage and a medium pepperoni pizza for takeout on Sunday, January 21, 2024, at 2:02 PM, both with hand-tossed crust. The Supreme pizza cost $18.24 and the pepperoni one $14.74. My husband and I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut, but we had a bad experience at the Cozad location and didn't return. With Lexington now closed, we decided to try Holdrege since it has new owners. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the quality of the Supreme pizza. The toppings were sparse, and I could easily buy three DiGiorno pizzas for the same price and get more toppings on just one of them than I did on yours. We will not be making the drive back to your restaurant for pizza again; we are extremely disappointed."
