"We never got to experience the restaurant due to a bad encounter with the hostess. We called several days in advance to make a reservation but received no answer, so we left two messages. When we arrived, even though our name was in the hostess book, she insisted that she had left us a message—which we never received. She spent five minutes trying to justify her position in an unpleasant confrontation, making it clear that they had forgotten to return our call. Given this situation, I would much prefer to spend my money at one of the many other restaurants on the island that have proven to provide good service and friendly staff. It would be wise for them to hire a well-trained professional for this role, as the current hostess is not a good representation of their establishment."
